Good value for money, friendly staff, marvelous breakfast, coffee and fruits availability around the day. Closeness to work

Location is great for visiting campus of New England conservatory. Easy Lyft rides. Place has a bit of wear and tear. The air in the room is either hot or cold so that’s was my main complaint. Could not adjust temperature. Other then that it was good.

I have to have some medical stuff at BMC hospital and the best thing was that it was in walking distance…. And go takeout around the area….. they accommodated everything we needed

The hotel is fine the only issue I had was all the junkies shooting up on the side walks and fighting in the middle of the intersection at 7 am.

It was a great hotel and mostly clean except the bathtub had hair in it which grossed me out but otherwise very clean. One front desk staff was nice the other was very rude. I don’t like that you have to pay 25$ for parking per night when the rooms are already over 200$ I’ve never seen a hotel charge their guest for parking. Variety of free breakfast was nice as well as good heating and air.

Quick overnight stay before a procedure at local hospital

Very noisy area. Not necessarily the hotels fault— just the location. Lots of sirens all night. Then at 6am the hotel alarm system sounded throughout the building with a potential emergency. It did not turn out to be anything we needed to be evacuated for. (Better safe than sorry). Bed was uncomfortable.

Most of the staff was polite and helpful. It did take several requests to get an extra blanket for the room. Online, the room said it slept 3 and showed a picture of a couch, but unfortunately the actual room had only a chair, so our daughter had to sleep on the chair. We didn't get to use the pool because of noisy unattended children, which is more of a fellow guests issue. However, we really enjoyed the breakfast and I really really liked that we didn't have to check out until noon. I'd stay again, if I could be sure to have a room that actually sleeps 3.

We could hear other people in a different room very loudly thorough the vent, no privacy (understood everything and was quite loud) plus busy traffic and constant sirens fron 1st responders. Staff was bmnot helpful, does just bare minimums

Quite a big structure with old and not renovated furnishings. Average brealfast included. Surrounding areas unsafe. A strong police presence is needed in the area.

The hotel and staff are nice but very bad location. Hotel is surrounded by drug addicts. Police sirens are constant throughout the day and night. Step out the hotel door and see syringes on the street. We even had the fire alarm go off at 6 am and had to evacuate! Do yourself a favour and pick a different hotel!

This was a good price, easy location (though not to train station) and parking was fairly priced. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything ok but bathroom smelled a lot of cigarette in not smoking area

Reception service could have been better.
