Hampton Inn and Suites Dallas I-30 Cockrell Hill

The front desk was great. The room was large and beautiful. The provided a Nice complimentary breakfast, Great gym, for a hotel, and a Nice pool. The only problem was that the cleaning person replaced the towels, but nothing else ( no replaced coffee, and did not remake the bed ). I just thought these things are standard, since they only come every other day.

It was a pleasant one night stay. All was good & clean.

I was just there for the weekend. Booked 2 rooms. I was arriving late and call to allow my mom check in since she was already in town. Glad she able to do that even though the rooms were under my name. The staff that took my call was so courteous and helpful.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes, sauberes Hotel, in dem wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Lediglich der Wasserdruck hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen.

Left an item in the room, was told room was cleaned and nothing was found by housekeeping, hard to believe that from the time we got in our car by the front door to our next stop this particular item came up missing. Housekeeping was very dishonest.

Convenient to fast food, but not pretty at all.

Neighborhood wasn’t great, very noisy, could hear others in next room convo and comforters very thin. Also, sink water pressure barely more than a drip! Won’t be back.

I booked the wrong date by accident. When I called to fix it ( same day), they refused to change it or refund my money.

Our vehicle was broken into . When speaking to the front office “ it happens all the time “ . We spoke to the staff and even housekeeper thinks it is an inside job . Even you plan to stay here just take all the valuables with you and leave doors unlocked .

Property was in nice condition. Desk staff was horrible and rude the whole time. Ignored us and told us to sit down in the waiting area while helping multiple other guests that came after us. Room had cleanliness issues to include “chocolate” on the mattress. any request was denied and told to come down and retrieve new unsoiled bedding. Believe there was only two staff on duty on a Saturday night. Mystery stains on the blankets and told there was no replacements so we slept with fitted sheets only. No free Wi-Fi . Total experience was very disappointing when we were expecting at least average .The night before stayed at the a different hotel in the same chain and it was really enjoyable.

worst smell ever in the room

Say was great. In the breakfast room we couldn’t get drinks bc the machine was locked up. Other than that we enjoy staying here
