Had a great weekend. Gail was amazing!!

Very dirty very run down. Mold in bathrooms, chairs I would not sit on very disgusting. Sheets on bed felt like sandpaper. I slept in my winter coat.

The pool is saltwater which was nice. The shower was amazing, and the continental breakfast had a great variety for all dietary needs!

We did really enjoy the pool area and breakfast was awesome

I loved the pool and hot tub. The lady at the desk was so sweet and kind and full of energy😄

Well we stay at this hotel every couple months, we have never had an issue with a room till this visit, the tv was all broken, the room wasn't clean as it should of been, dust / food smeared on the desk / laptop area, the sink wasn't draining properly, the bathtub was draining slowly, I mentioned it to the night clerk she said a manager would come to my room or call me to move rooms or something! But no call no show to the room, buttons on the tv was all smashed into the side so couldn't change Channel remote was working halfway, I hope our next stay isn't like this it bums me out cause even the pool wasn't clean like it normally is! Maybe they had a rough busy week? I'm not sure but this visit wasn't what it should of been / should of been,

Furniture in room was in disrepair!

I have stayed her several times and every employee especially GAIL have always been very helpful and very kind to the folks that stay there.

Our room had not been cleaned very well. Carpet not swept, dust everywhere, office chair was filthy. Room was not updated: no ports for charging computers/phones. Furniture was in poor repair. I would not stay in this hotel again.

We enjoyed walking across the parking lot to Horrocks for dining and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is a little older but very clean. Front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate and the attendant was careful to keep servings refreshed and clean. An enjoyable 2nd visit.

The staff was very friendly however the property needs to be updated. My room contained a chair with cigarette burns, 2 ottomans with the vinyl missing, The carpet was questionable did not want to place bare feet on it,

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had great choices. The staff person at the breakfast area was extraordinarily thoughtful in helping me accommodate allergies.

Wish the night light in the sink area had an off switch. Used hair dryer plug to hold the room key sleeve in place over light to block it out from shining in my face as I laid in bed.

For the most part the stay was good. The big complaint I would have is the shower had hair on the walls from I'm guessing the previous stay.
