Hampton Inn and Suites Missouri City TX

Not clean. Reused soap bar. Hair in the towels. Our room was directly under the hvac unit on the roof so it sounded like a freight train the entire time. Ice machine broken on 4th floor. Breakfast was good, the guy working breakfast was great. Other than that, the place was just dirty. Will not stay there again.

Diana Rios is always so friendly ,warm, considerate and proffesional. I stayed there once and enjoyed my stay so much that i came back a second time in a week bc i enjoyed my stay so much. I love the QUIET that the hotel offers. I will be back in the near future

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Wallpaper in the halls were peeling. The pool was not open and it is mid August and super hot! The pool looked like it had not been in use for awhile. The room was decently clean but very dated. The shower was stained with moldy grout. More peeling wallpaper and poorly repaired ceiling where.it seems to have leaked. They seemed understaffed which I attribute to the shenanigans of the current administration. I would not stay here again unless the hotel gets renovated. It was close to shopping and eats and ok for a very low budget stay.

Ordered a pizza . Taken to the front desk instead of room, could not call down to see if it was there and had to get dressed and go down because neither phone in room worked. Our room number was on the pizza. When I went down and asked the young man said they didn’t know where it went . Room number was on the receipt. When I said that he turned and just walked into the back without responding. Very rude.

Mold in bathroom and room. My son is immunocompromised and it was terrible

Mildewed bathroom ceiling Hugh whole over the door entering room with exposed wires. Soiled chair in bedroom area Mildew in night stand and no Bible I have pictures

I checked in on July 3rd, reported an issue with air conditioner morning of July 4th. I was told it would be fixed July 4th, July 5th and by the time i checked out no one had come to fix the air conditioner. I was hot throughout the night every night. I requested that someone service my room on July 5th, it never happened. The best qualities about the hotel was checking in and checking out

The service was not good. No telephone to contact the front desk in the room; ice machine on the floor was not working. When I informed the front desk rep, she suggested I spend the four days going to another floor to get ice. No ice bucket in Room. Ended up having to change rooms. Will not stay here again. Do not need rhe hassle.

This property is good but worst maintenance, the telephones won’t work, the ice machine is out of order also both the thread mills in the gym Another issue is that 90 % of the time there’s Non one at the reception Had been multiple times over the years but won’t come back here again unless there’s no other options available in this area

Stay wasn’t terrible, service wasn’t great. I went to get towels and he stated there was no more. A little bit of a hassle being out of towels at 930pm.
