Hampton Inn and Suites Mt Juliet

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always had a good experience.

Close to interstate, great breakfast

We enjoyed our stay. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Please be advised that the indoor pool is closed at least until March 2025. Their website makes no reference to this

We had a great stay. Even though the indoor pool was closed for renovation, we were able to use the pool at a sister property right around the corner. We had a great time at the hotel.

Comfy beds and clean room! Property is showing age and is probably due a refresh but overall a good night’s rest.

Had a family emergency and tried to cancel 3 days before the booking but they refused to refund the money. I had even bought the insurance but they wouldn’t honor it. Not happy! Other reservations had no problem with a refund.

I reserved the room for three days during the Thanksgiving weekend because a friend and her daughter were coming to visit and thought the pool would give us something to do in the cold, but when I got there, the pool was closed due to maintenance. We expressed my concerns and were told it was on their website, but it wasn't on Hotels.com, where I booked the room! Wasn't able to get a refund. The hotel was very loud at all hours of the day and night! When I checked it, the lady never asked me for my ID, and I thought that was weird.

This is a very good place to stay.

The room was odd and needs updating. The a/c didn't work well and the tv was in an odd place. This suite room needs to be updated.

Ett trevligt hotell med fina bekväma rum och god frukost. Jag använde the fitness rum varje morgon och det var helt okej. Lite trist att poolen inte var i bruk.

Very clean hotel. Appeared to be newer or recently renovated. Helpful staff. Beautiful room with plenty of towels. Hotel was quiet but had some street noise that was to be expected with the location. Ample parking. Laundry facility is always nice on a long trip. Recycling bins in the lobby. Breakfast was exceptional. They also provide, on the go bags if you are not able to sit down for breakfast.
