Hampton Inn and Suites New Haven - South - West Haven

A qualidade do serviço de arrumação de quarto foi abaixo do aceitável… faltaram shampoo e sabonete para banho !!!! Inacreditável que os recipientes estavam vazios … No café da manhã não tinha nem leite frio …. A administração do hotel está muito abaixo do padrão esperado.

The staff at the desk were all nice,however, I would never stay here again. First room sofa bed was broken and unusable, 2nd room lost power, random clogging toilet, no shampoo or soap in the shower upon check in. I had to find housekeeping to get necessary items. It was a very stressful and unpleasant stay. Ran out of multiple food items for free breakfast. We were woken up at 2:00am by the loudest deep bass coming from a car I’ve ever heard. I almost called the police to deal with it because it took so long. The pot smoke coming out rooms was extremely unpleasant. I was with two teens attending MUN for 4 days and it was not restful at night all. Extremely loud guests with no regards to neighbors.

Very clean, very nice hotel for a reasonable price right next to 95. Food options and gas nearby.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Front desk clerk was nice

The hotel itself was clean and staff was nice but our car was broken into while parked within the hotel parking lot & personal belongings were stolen. We searched the premises for camera's, but there were none to be found. I advised the gentlemen at check-in what had happened and he said it happened the previous week as well to an employee. He asked for my name & number & that was that.

The property was not clean. There were garbage bags open with food in them, all day and evening near the elevators. Also, food on the rug in my room. I will not stay here again

Thanks for the upgrade to a suite. Sorry about booking a handicap room when I didn't need it.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Decent selection of breakfast foods. Friendly staff. I would have appreciated a higher standard of cleaning throughout the hotel.

The king room wasn’t ready clean. There were stains in the carpet, shower had left over hair, and the bedding seemed rushed to be put on. The smell of the room caused me to leave. I believe the foul stench came from the unclean carpet. I would recommend choosing something else especially if you have children with you.

Front staff could do a better job!!!

From the moment I arrived for check-in, I couldn't. The key card machine wasn't working and the staff member on duty had to physically let me in my room. The carpets were visibly dirty and the second floor hallway smelled like skunk which gave me a headache. The hotel needs some cosmetic improvements. I was slightly disappointed because it bore the name Hampton Inn.

The housekeeping Dept. need to notify maintenance when there an issue with the room. it would prevent any injuries to any resident.

It was great!
