Hampton Inn and Suites Orlando/Downtown South - Medical Center

This property is convenient as it’s near to the hospital and Thornton park, 20 min to universal walk. The rooms are spacious and clean, they offer breakfast 6-10am. They charge $18 to park if you have a car.

Very nice stay clean and great staff

Everything was comfortable, but i did notice bathroom floor was dirty, lots of long black hair on floor and obviously floor not been mopped. Theres no daily housekeeping, and for the looks of it limited staff, especially when youre checking in after 9.. good breakfast and nice employees at breakfast.

We enjoyd our stay. We were in town for US Men's National Soccer team game, and the stadium being in walking distance was a okus.

It was 4 minutes from Winny Palmer Hospital where my daughter was having her baby, I did not like being charged for parking which I did not know about

My wife had surgery across the street this was very convenient and safe place for me to stay while my wife had her surgery.

beautiful room, wish we arrived earlier to enjoy tgeroom. Front desk didn't communicate breakfast times, but we were able to go down, shortly before they were closing. Not much to choose from as it was probably a wedding going on and the room was crowded and everything was picked over, I saw a couple of muffins. The crowd seem to be enjoying the breakfast. I will say that the coffee was not very good and I made a cup of tea the night we arrived and the water was barely warm, and that was also my experience in the morning. Other than that, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, extremely safe, I also didn’t know that there was $18 charge to park but welcome to Orlando. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and I certainly could’ve enjoyed an entire day sitting in the beautiful room.

The staff was great. We were there for a family emergency and they’re help, kindness and attentiveness was very much appreciated.

Stay was great overall. The only complaint would be the bed was extremely firm which was uncomfortable, but overall room was very nice and clean and check in staff was great!

I don’t think our room was serviced before we got there. We only had a roll of toilet paper plus a little bit left of the prior person. We only had one towel (we booked a room for four people). When I pulled back the sheets, there were strands of hair.

Was in town for the Cure Bowl. Found hotel clean and comfortable, with excellent breakfast. Did a lot of enjoyable walking downtown. Also walked 45 minutes to Camping Wold Stadium for the game.

Great location, just south of downtown, makes for easy access to all major events and nightlife. The daily breakfast definitely helped save money on meals, and it was a nice variety of foods. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Orlando.

I am a pretty loyal Hampton Inn patron, and have stayed at many over the last few years, this one several times as it’s near the Children’s Hospital my son stays at frequently for appts and procedures. We usually reserve an ADA room to accommodate my son’s wheelchair etc. After checking in and getting everyone settled I took a shower and the bathroom was not up to my normal hotel cleanliness standards. It was dusty on many surfaces, portions of the grout seemed dirty, several of the fixtures seemed rusty as well as portions of the paint on the walls and ceiling peeling off or peeled off. If 2/3 of us hadn’t already been asleep I would have asked to move rooms but we had a 6am wake up to get to the hospital. The room seemed neglected and not at all what I usually except from this brand. I will say the service and staff were lovely as always at check in and breakfast
