Typical Hampton Inn. Access road too busy.

They were remodeling this hotel. We understand that needs to be done sometimes. That part was not the problem. Our room had no microwave and we definitely use the microwave in our room. The one in the kitchen area didn’t work even half what a normal microwave does. And then, we went down early and breakfast was not ready even though it should have been ready for over an hour. The place was nice and clean and the front desk staff was fabulous or I would’ve given this a worse review. Once they get it remodeled and get somebody different in there to make the breakfast, it should be a very, very nice place.

Our stay was fabulous! We really enjoyed it and will definitely stay again. The bed was not that comfortable, actually a little on the hard side and the toilet was very low. The room was spotless!

There was no instruction for the Wi-Fi and I was not aware when I booked the room there would be a hold on my credit card.

The rooms are very nice. However the hallway literally smells like a sewer. And there are sections of the hallway walls that are covered with plastic and exposed cabling in the hallway ceilings.

It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot and very quiet.

Wanted to order a pizza front desk person not helpful!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Bowling Green, Kentucky for 7-days. We had room 110 which was handicap assessable. The bed mattress should be replaced. When you lay in it, it feels like there’s a hole in the center and your body tends to lean into it. The room we had had a queen size bed, but the flat sheet felt like it was for a full-size bed. The closet was a good size, but one of the shelves in it was broken. The bathroom shower was a problem. When you sit on the shower bench to wash up the water tends to overflow out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor, which made the floor very slippery after we got out of the shower. We had to request extra towels so that we can soak up the water as it drained out of the shower. I think the floor was at too much of an angle. I understand that since it’s handicap assessable, you cannot have a rim around the shower, which makes sense, but the angle of the floor is what cause most of the trouble. For this room, I suggest they add extra towels so that they can be used to wipe up the excess water on the floor. It can be dangerous for a person with mobility issues. The breakfast provided was decent. There was a good variety of things to choose from. All the staff was very kind and helpful.

The pool was a mess. Other than that is great

The bathroom was gross. Mold in the tiles; dark rings in the tub. Floors looked dirty. Looks like it has not been updated since the 90’s. The carpet in the room was old. Good marks for the check-in staff. They were friendly and efficient.

Stay was only ok. We got there and noone was at the desk. A sign said they were helping a guest and would return shortly. However i could here him talking in the office he came around the conor with a cell told the person he had to hang up so could ck us in. He never told us anything information pointed down the hall and left. There was mold in the tub fridge was pluged in but not working also had mold Ck out was better

Everything was clean and in order.no complaints

The bathroom was not very clean and the carpet in the room was sticky. The area leading to our room and our room needed to be updated. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The service staff was great however both people working check in were mediocre.
