Very friendly staff

Front desk was very kind. The room was not cleaned well. Dirty sheets and dirty carpet

The fire alarm went off 3 times through night 12:30,4:00,7:00 the coffee pot filter holder didn’t fit the smell of cleaning was strong room was freezing thermostat didn’t seem to change temp

Located in a great area. But a lot of minor inconveniences that annoyed me. The digital key for the room I picked did not work (room 126). The front desk person rolled their eyes at me instead of being understanding and apologetic when I showed my annoyance with this - I carried in all of my things and had to use the restroom after a long drive and expected to get right into my room. The manager had a much better demeanor though. The room only had decaf coffee pods. The carpet had small rocks on it between the beds - obviously it was not vacuumed. The bathroom faucet handle leaked and items I had on the counter got wet. The lotion bottle was empty. And one of the beds were creaky - made noises whenever you moved. Individually these are not a big deal - all combined though was aggravating.

Overall, our stay was quite good. Our only quibble was that the smell of chlorine was a bit strong in the lobby.

My room was very comfortable and had plenty of room for company. Since most of my activities involved food, having a fridge and microwave in the room was very helpful. When i had difficulty with connecting my work computer to the internet, Mike was always helpful ( turned out it was a security issue with my company). Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and front desk (especially Kris), maintenance & housekeeping were great. Plus i was able to login to my personal Netfix account so didn't miss any of my shows! Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and relaxing weekend.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We did not get 4 sets of towels for the 4 people in our room but staff quickly remedied this when brought to their attention.

The only reason I gave 4 stars on some of the property was because we had a difficult time finding the entrance (after doing a few U turns, we found it) and the parking was kind of sparse. But the hotel itself was great. Clean & staff was friendly. I usually dont leave reviews if I just have and average experience, but I felt compelled to leave this review because I wanted to let the hotel know what a gem they have with Chris (or Kris?) at the front desk!! She was unbelievably fantastic and so friendly....she made our experience so much better just by being herself. She leveled up our whole stay.

The hotel met our needs. We have stayed here before. Front Desk was very friendly and very helpful.

I was disappointed with the overall upkeep of this hotel and the cleaning staff, however the breakfast area was great!! The staff in general were very helpful and courteous.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was good. I would stay here again.

Love the location very convenient for all around vacation spot staff super friendly pool super clean. My three kids were very happy.

Christi was the best . She was so sweet and welcoming .

The room had a fake flowery smell that so strong it gave me a headache. I tried searching for a glade plug in or something that was the cause, but never found it. And the mattress was very firm. It was the worst night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Average room at fair price Room is very poorly illuminated with too few Lights and low wattage bulbs that don’t even cover certain corners or lower nightstand shelves. Controls on electronic window shades are hard to understand, have no instructions and impossible to read without pointing a flashlight on. Bathroom is poorly lit and lacks an exhaust fan. Very average room that could use an upgrade and a ceiling fixture or floor lamps.

Staff was less then helpful when checking in

Assigned rooms were not made up or cleaned. We were given three rooms before there was finally a clean made up room. Poorly run hotel.
