I previously stayed in this Hampton on a few occasions, during which time several areas were in the process of being remodeled. On this occasion, the room I stayed was absolutely perfect...The room was immaculate, the bed super comfy, the layout and decor impeccable, the restroom lighting and counter space amazing. I did not partake of breakfast or use the pool so cannot comment on those items; however. I did note that the shuttle van was always on hand for guests, and there are complimentary beverages available 24/7 . Compared with other nearby hotels, I felt the accommodations were a notch above those offered elsewhere for a comparable or mostly higher nightly fee.

On this occasion, the room I stayed was absolutely perfect...The room was immaculate, the bed super comfy, the layout and decor impeccable, the restroom lighting and counter space amazing. I did not partake of breakfast or use the pool so cannot comment on those items; however. I did note that the shuttle van was always on hand for guests, and there are complimentary beverages available 24/7 . Compared with other nearby hotels, I felt the accommodations were a notch above those offered elsewhere for a comparable or mostly higher nightly fee.

It was an awful experience I waited over an hour for shuttle service which never happened after traveling all day with lies. I had to call ad get a taco service. When I got tp the hotel I was then made aware that they have been without phone service for four days.it is totally unacceptable that customers are not aware and I was not even compensated in anyways for the inconvenience
