specially very easy to reach any transportation and travel site.

mostly okay except of heating machine condition as my photo. It's too terrible. I've never seen this kind of dirty machine in the hotel. I had to wear the mask when I stay in the room my allergic rhinitis was worth than before.. I must be improved .that's why I wrote this status for other customers.

La ubicación es muy buena y estratégica cerca de los lugares principales para turistas, el personal todos muy amable y la mayoría hablaban español también, el desayuno no tiene mucha variedad pero es bastante bueno para el precio, y también muy rico :), el único detalle que me gustaría mencionar es que la habitación olía un poco mal desde que llegamos y no se quito el olor en ningún momento, pero fuera de eso todo muy bien ! 😇 me volvería a hospedar ahí

The hotel lobby is very small but it's relatively clean. The hotel is just a very tall and very narrow building. There are only six rooms on each floor. The rooms appear to be newly renovated. New carpets newer furnishings All In fighter Shades of gray and brown and tan. Very modern looking. Bathroom is very clean and also appears to be newly renovated. There are soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower and soap and moisturizer dispenser by the sink. They also have a buffet breakfast starting at 6:00 a.m.. I think this hotel is quite a bargain through Expedia. I would recommend it.

Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, very convenient location, small rooms

Overall, great value. Staff was great, especially Cesar in the breakfast room. Some of the hotel was dated, but everything was in working condition and clean. Most amenities were within walking distance.

Great Place !!

First time in New York, but have been to many Hampton Inns before. Unbeatable location, right around the corner from the main area in Times Square and really close to so many subway stations as well as the 42 St Port Authority station (5 min walk). Within a comfortable walking distance to Rockefeller Center, the Empire State Bldg., and Fifth Avenue. Loved that the staff followed up on a daily basis to see if there was anything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Items were delivered promptly. Loved the breakfast staff as well, especially the waffle guy :) Definitely noticed the wear and tear of this hotel, though, in some areas quite prominent. Our AC unit worked really well but had a broken vent piece. Towels had rips and the material rough and thin. Floor area on the 23rd floor smelled very damp and sour (most likely from the carpet?)

Really good location 10 mins to Times Square, however hotel was just okay. In need of a really good update, lifts were awful, breakfast okay but mayhem as area too small and not enough staff so not cleaned as much as it needed. Room a little on the small side. But, in comparison to other hotels it was a lot cheaper with brats included.

The room was clean but small. Staff service was excellent. The elevator gave a lot of trouble but was fixed several times during our stay. It my second time staying at this property. Did ask about a bigger room if I visited again and the lady said Incould request a n accessibly room.

Appreciate being able to check in early! Staff was friendly. Free cookies available in the evening was nice! Rooms weren’t very soundproof so unfortunately could hear every door slam from neighbors and sounds from outside. But we just used room for sleeping and hanging out between excursions so overall, met our needs!
