They advertise for a restuarant and only have a food truck at their sister hotel in the back!
Can't walk anywhere but a third motel that is very nice but you'll pay the price!
Very dissapointing for the amount of money to stay one night.

We were told they had 24/7 shuttle service and when we called we were told it wasn’t running. They also didn’t have a room for us. To their credit, they did reimburse the cab fare we paid and did get us a room at the Red Roof Inn. Ext door, but Red Roof is not a Hampton. We’ve called to ask for some type of compensation but they have not returned our call

We stay at Hampton Inn a LOT. This one is a joke. We waited for a shuttle for and hour and a half at the airport. What would have been getting to our room at a decent hour turned into a very late night. We called FIVE times and were repeatedly told they ran every 30 minutes and that they were on the way. NOPE. We watched every other hotel shuttle go by 4-5 times while we waited for a "orange van you can't miss." Never came around. Hotel also told us "he's on the way" or "he's 10 minutes out." NOPE. There was another family AT A DIFFERENT STOP who had an identical experience. They have 4 small children. No apology, nothing. "Nelson" the driver just went into the hotel. They two night managers were too busy sharing posts on their cell phones to even care. I'll stay elsewhere from now on. The room was eh and there was no where to eat that late. Also, it should be noted, it took FOUR MINUTES to get from the airport to the hotel. REALLY???? An hour and a half waiting. We could have walked.

Requested a shuttle to the cruise port. Was assured a shuttle was being booked for us . Arrived in lobby at given time to find out no shuttle was ever booked for us. Luckily the shuttle that had arrived had room for us or we would have missed our boarding time on the ship

Beding is comfortable but pillows are way too soft. Hence no support and uncomfortable. Bathroom tub looks dirty. Toilet seat slipped to one side when sitting on.

We stayed 2 nights before our cruise. The airport shuttle was timely and convenient. They provide a shuttle to the ports, but at a cost of $14 per person, so we took an Uber that was half the cost. Our stay was comfortable and the staff was amazing and helpful! Breakfast was great! What we didn’t like is there isn’t much available within walking distance for restaurants. There’s a food truck very close with great burgers but that’s about it. The staff gave us a couple of options for take out with delivery. The airport is close and you hear the noise but it didn’t bother our sleep.

The hotel was fine. It was very loud outside due to airplanes landing and taking off, but you couldn't hear the noise inside your room. The hotel was not the cleanest, but it was alright. The outside pool area was nice in the evening to sit and relax.
