The property needs to be updated and fixed up. The staff was very nice just the rooms were falling apart and damaged. Hair was in the bathtub when I first arrived and the shower was not able to be sued so he the handle fell off in my hand. The night staff was very nice and moved me to another room right away.

I changed my reservation to arrive a week later but Hotels.com forgot to forward that info to the hotel. William accommodated my no-show appt for a new one. The shower water didn’t get hot enough for me or my son. Warm breakfast was good for the price of the hotel.

Our room had bed bugs, when we woke up with bites(which im allergic to) we went to the front desk and told them. The man behind the counter didn't even seem surprised. He just asked 'well what do you want to do'. I was appalled! We checked out immediately. Not to mention the blinds and shower were both broken

The traffic noise, specifically the non-stop truck traffic on the PA Turnpike, made it nearly impossible to sleep. Last time I will stay here.
