Hampton Inn Visalia

1. 세콰이어 공원에 방문중에 숙박한 호텔입니다. 2. 비교적 객식이 청결했으며 서비스 품질도 괜찮았습니다. 3. 조식 부페가 제공되었습니다.

방은 크고 깨끗했고 아침도 맛있었지만 서비스가 조금 마음에 들지 않았다 하지만 전체적으로는 만족할만한 공간이였음

호텔 주변에 이용할 만한 시설물이 별로 없네요..암튼 호텔 자체는 만족스러웠습니다.

Close to freeway but other than that it was ok

Moses at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. I requested a room away from the elevator and quiet and he placed me in the best location possible.

The Visailia Hampton Inn was conveniently located for our vacation needs, with adequate amenities surrounding the property. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was couteous. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of order the entire time we were there and we specifically chose the property because it had one, so this was disappointing.

I was disappointed with the woman at the front desk. We checked in late at night and she said I only had a reservation for one room. I showed her a message from Hotels.com that I had two. She said they must have messed up. If she had just said, “perhaps kits under a different name?” I would have checked my son-in-law’s name. We did get a room, but it cost me $60 more booking through the hotel. At least I didn’t have to pay for the no-show!

The people at the desk were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was amazing. She was so friendly and ws always checking on the food and cleaning not just the dining area but cleaning windows and mopping the elevator after someone had spilled something. All of the employees were wonderful.

About 45 mins to Sequoia National Park.

Only thing was the spa didn’t work. Super clean and nice hotel !

Pillows horrible

I stood at the Hampton last week in Santa Maria and my experience their is what prop my me to choose this location again. This location and facility was nothing like Santa matia

Breakfast was AMAZING. Waffles were outstanding, especially the vanilla. Very good choices overall. Shower was better than average.

We stayed 3 days in 3 rooms while visiting the Sequoia Natl Park. The rooms were clean. The water pressure was OK, and the AC worked well. The breakfast was good, especially the vanilla waffles. Would have liked more morning juice selections. The pool was kind of run down but usable. They made having our dog with us easy.

AC worked poorly and was very noisy and went on and off all night - also the refrigerator motor made constant noise which also was poor for sleeping
