Heron House Court - Adult Only

Thought I booked the location 2 blocks from Duval St. Walked there and had to walk 4 1/2 blocks back with bags. Blinds were broken/would not close!!

Wonderful relaxing visit! Clean,quiet,easy walk to old town. Roman of course is the BEST host!!!!! An oasis of relaxation in a historic B&B. Tom and Mary Jo

Horel Heron is in a great location, close to restaurants, bars, shopping and other must see locations. The staff is wonderful, informative and care about tgeir guests. I would definitely stay there again!

Charming historic property with very comfortable room that is very walkable and a short walk to ferry terminal. Entire staff, and Roman in particular, were tremendously helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable and provide great recommendations on places to eat and things to do.

Pool dirty. AC in our room did not work properly. Also no cups in our room for water. Very limited after 5 access to front desk staff if you need anything after hours there appears to be a 50$ charge for assistance. Also a 25$ daily resort fee for something we still cannot figure out that is charged to everyone automatically. No access to early am coffee- nothing in room to make coffee. Also very limited outlets in room.

Lovely place to stay. Easy walking distance to most things. Would recommend.

Roman, who was at the desk most days, was kind, helpful, accommodating, and such a nice person. Heron House Court needs upkeep and repairs, but the bed was comfy and the shower was great!

Property was older and in need of quite a bit of maintenance and updating. Continental breakfast was good. I think cups or glasses being placed in each room would be a welcome addition.

Heron House is in a great location, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was satisfying for us, nice outside sitting areas with a little pool. Overall, our room was nice; just a small note of a very low toilet in our room, probably more appropriate for six-year-old height, and we are not tall people. That being said, this is our second year staying here and we hope to return. We definitely recommend the Heron House.

Great central location. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool was the perfect temperature. Continental breakfast was fresh and tasty. We would stay here again

The pool with a cute little oasis cleaning was done daily in the front desk. Staff was very helpful.

Roman er den perfekte vært. Han er så imødekommende og opmærksom. Hotellet er utrolig hyggeligt og dejlig stille. Poolen var opvarmet og derfor behagelig trods koldfront. Fin basismorgenmad med brød, pålæg, frugt, juice, kaffe, cereal og yoghurt. Vores køleskab var ikke meget bevendt. Det kølede vist ikke rigtig - og vi så ikke noget til Happy Hour den fredag, vi overnattede på Heron House Court.

The highlights: The property is located in a great area - walkable to multiple restaurants and shops and like 12 minutes to Duvall street. It’s also quiet and was relatively easy for us to find parking for our rental car. It was clean, yet slightly old fashioned giving it a southern charm. The front desk was nice and very helpful. The down side: our room constantly had flies. We started with one and went out for a few hours and came back and there were FIVE. None of our windows were open. The front desk did spray and provided us with a can of raid to use throughout our stay but we still had flies when we’d return to our room. You could see around the air conditioning unit there were openings which I assume is where they were coming in. We also had an issue with our safe requiring maintenance to come and unlock it. Also if you’re someone that needs a lot of space just know that there’s not a lot of space to put things in the room so it will feel crowded.

Roman é delizioso, spiega tutto con pazienza! Ci ha aiutato anche a trovare parcheggio! La stanza era grande spaziosa e luminosa. Ci tornerei volentieri... consigliato!!
