We had a nice stay at the Hilton but it is clearly in need of some renovations. They were renovating the lobby area during our stay. The hallways and rooms themselves need some attention with lots of water stains, chipped paint, peeling wallpaper, and worn carpet. The staff were great!!

My door was open when I got to the room paid extra for a lanai room, but could not open the slider door to get to the lanai water was not on in the room had to call. I see no other reason to go to this hotel unless you were involved with something at the convention or possibly convenience for Disneyland crowded noisy tons of kidsnothing special very expensive not worth the money

Overall good..we had a renovated room which was nice but the phone didn’t work and the fire alarm starting flashing a very bright light at 5am which was annoying. But the service was great and we were only there for one night so the minor inconveniences were not a big deal.

Everything was great except the Mix restaurant didn't have posted hours. We had planned to have lunch at 3pm and restaurant was closed till 5pm. Wish they had posted their hours of service online. Bar was great.

Check in was super easy

Staff were very friendly. Construction going on - limited options, dusty. Room was dated. Guests below us were extremely loud. Contacted front desk. Guests were still noisy until 1am.

Terrible, unaccompanied kids four to room apparently attending song and dance event, banging shouting running around each rooms loud music...called security quiet for ten minutes and started all over again. Quiet from 1am to 5am and started all ober again.

I had a great stay here, I'll definitely be back. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, and the room service was great.

Construction literally within the hotel. Room often had area where it needed renovation. Additional hidden fees added as well.

Highly recommend! Easy self-park, walkable to Disneyland, ihop and Walgreens too!

There was a lot of construction and a wierd smell, and people in the lobby soliciting.

Broken elevator, told a crew member so they could be aware. This staff member proceeded to make myself and my girlfriend feel dumb by telling us we were using it incorrectly. Moments later we see other hotel visitors not able to use same elevator, having the same issue as my girlfriend and I.

It was a great place to stay for the 2 runDisney races I ran. Very convenient to the start/finish line of the races and close to the parks. I'm excited to see what their lobby renovations will look like

Property is under construction so the pool and many things are not available. Lots of noise when they are working. Refurbished rooms are nice.

Beds are just uncomfortable. And not being able to check out on the TV and having to b go downstairs just to find out I can do by text. That info should be in the room.

There’s currently Jan 2025 a lot of construction going on and It starts very early and it’s very loud. Also Whenever a neighbor opens and allows their door to slam shut, the entire room rattles and sounds like a shotgun while trying to sleep. I lost my tweezers and while searching the room, I pulled the nightstand table out and there was left over chips and food crumbs all on the floor that housekeeping apparently missed. On check out day, construction caused our entire floors water to get turned off and we had to wait over 2 hours to get a key to a different room to shower and brush our teeth. It was NOT a good experience.
