청결은 어느정도 관찮지만 리썹션 직원들 특히 여직원과 짐맡아주는 직원은 최악 불친절하고 매우 도전적임. 최악의 호텔 ever. 객실에서는 지나가는 모든 손님들의 소리가 다 들리고 물론 샤워 소리도 크게. 비추합니다. 다시는 가고 싶지않은 호텔입니다.힐튼이라 가격도 만만치 않게 지불했는데 동네 모텔 느낌. 이상입니다. 첵인 쿔플레인을 감지했는지 나중에 과일과 아침식사 바우쳐 보내왔습니다. 감사합니다.

Very disappointed in our weekend stay. I rarely ever leave a negative review but I regret not listening to the reviews I read before booking. Our AC would barely turn on. It would start for a minute and then completely shut down. The room was kept at 72 even after someone came to our room to fix it. It was cooler outside than it was inside the room and we would've opened the window but there was no screen to keep the bugs out. I'm usually someone who is always cold but it was too muggy to sleep comfortably. I sent a message through Hotels.com the next morning & was told that someone would come up to fix the issue and if the AC still wasn't working after that, they'd be happy to move us to another room. We left for the day, came back to check on the temp (still at 72) and decided to talk to someone at the front desk about switching rooms. We were then told that there were no more rooms available but they would send up a fan to our room right away. My partner and I agreed to take the fan and went out for dinner. We came back to the room and no fan - had to call the front desk again. Along with the AC, the bed wasn't that comfortable and there were other issues like loose towel racks/faulty outlets. Every room door would shut loudly, another thing that kept us up at night. Would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is in THE perfect location .. easy access to the Boston subway - very walkable area - Boston Common and Public Garden are just minutes away .. a truly wonderful property ..!

Central, convenient to greenspace. Snakl room, old furnishings, old carpet. Reception staff were unfriendly, almost rude. No explanations about amenities.

this hotel is still nice although the rooms could use a bit of a refresh. the fridge in my room froze anything I put in it, and there was no way to adjust it. Not sure why it was in there given it was in disrepair. Shower cut off also kept slipping to hot water. The location of this place is great though and the staff are excellent. The common areas are quite nice especially a lounge off from the main lobby.

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown just steps from the Boston Commons public garden, shopping districts of Newbury Street and public transportation. The elegantly gorgeous lobby and bar with modern decor with a Starbucks on the bottom level . The friendly staff Devon, got us a great room and a late checkout. Our room was spacious and clean and had a stunning view of Boston skyline. The bathrooms were on the smaller side and could use a bit of an upgrade. Perfect for business or leisure. Highly recommend it!

Wow - the smallest showers in the americas.. with so much space available why would one design a shower where you can barely stand and turn and all the water just fall out into the room with the most dumbest of glass panels and curtain designs i can imagine. Room is crampy and no place for much to keep - their own things like coffee bar is under the desk ! Expected more for the price and the brand.. a tad disappointed.

The room was clean, linens were in excellent condition, maid service was also very good. The room was quite small though adequate as we spent very little time in our room. There was some peeling paint on the bathroom door that would use some sprucing up. Location was perfect.

A very comfortable stay. Great atmosphere in the hotel over the Boston Marathon weekend. My only negative comment would be that the restaurant staff , although understandably very busy were neither friendly or attentive. On 3 different occasions I was left sitting for 10minutes before having to ask for a drink and / or to order food. The staff seating me/us were very helpful and the staff bringing the food were fine however those taking the orders needed to be more observant of and pleasant to their customers.

I booked a STANDARD queen room. Not the WICKED SMALL ROOM. I asked the front desk if there was a mistake and they said no, it was a standard queen bed room. I’m pretty young so I’m assuming that’s why the lady was pretty dismissive of my complaint. On top of that, I realized the room didn’t even have a queen bed, it had a full. I realized this when I visited my brother’s room, he made the same exact booking as me. Do better Hilton. Treat everyone equally, not just the older wealthy people staying at the hotel.
