Loved the food

Some of the outside areas were unsafe to walk on and I tripped a few times. Also the room was dirty and felt small. The hotel needs upgrades.

Overall great stay and property.

For $750 US a night they don’t clean the room other than putting new towels in there are no drinking glasses so it makes brushing your teeth difficult. They claim they didn’t put them in because people steal them even though they take a $100 deposit no pad of paper and a pencil nobody body lotions so anything that is standard. Another hotels it’s a disservice to put the name Hilton on the property. The property is nice. The rooms are nice but everything else is as cheap as Hilton could do. It still acting like it’s Covid

Given the price I would have expected atleast some basic amenities like a tooth brush shower cap or even just a glass to drink from, instead of a paper coffee cup, but I guess since they don’t even have 1 water bottle in the room the thinking is why do you need a glass to drink from? The views would have been excellent if they bothered taking the time to clean the windows or glass balustrade. I stay in many hotels while traveling for work and I can say is the most average stay I have had in a long time.

Cramped rooms, saw a spider in the bed upon entering the room, not the cleanest, balcony furniture was covered in bird poop, and just overall not a clean environment and definitely not a relaxing stay.

Hotel was nice. They gave away our room the first night but comped the breakfast buffet for the weekend. First room was in west villa side and the room was about as basic as you could get. Definitely not worth the price of the room especially when you add in $51 a night self parking. The next room was nice with a high floor long canal balcony view. The beds were a little iffy overall but were sleepable while the pillows were way too soft. The last morning we woke up to take off and the shower would barely get above cold. Luke warm was an overstatement. Over all I say for the money there are probably better options in the area for sure. The only reason we got this one was it was supposed to be next to the convention center an event was supposed to be held at but got moved last minute and they wouldn’t allow for a cancellation.

Lots of noise

Lobby smelled so much like cigarette I felt I was in Vegas.. Our AC when turned up a couple of degrees started smelling and stinking the room so badly. Towel pool assistant was very unfriendly and unprofessional. when we asked for towels it looked like we were bothering him and seemed upset to even help. My $49 branzino was completely overcooked. Luckily the mgr came over and had a new one made for me. Overall, not worth what we paid at all!

Very busy hotel but staff was courteous.

Construction nearby, cranes, equipment, nothing tropical except for a few palm trees

Clean and very updated

The proximity to the cruise ship terminal was super convenient. Room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Only criticism was the lobby coffee bar, it was only providing brewed coffee and nothing else. Overall all pretty good for our purposes.

Good breakfast and friendly service

Lovely property; all staff were knowledgeable and kind. The bathroom shower did not drain well however, and flooding onto the floor making it extremely slick which could be a major hazard for some travelers.

Staff is wondefful

Stayed at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. This was a very nice hotel. They always cleaned our room, provided water, towels. The room was really nice but I would have liked double sinks. It was a good size room. We had a beautiful view of the water and the pool.
