Hilton Fort Worth

The room was very nice. When we walked into the hotel it had an odd smell. It smelled old, which the hotel itself is old but revamped. The bar was great and Joe the bartender was terrific. There are no ice machines on the floor. You have to go downstairs to get ice. The service was great. Requested extra towels and a blanket and it arrived within minutes. The bed was comfortable. We did not get to try breakfast but are planning a morning trip to try breakfast.

Not the best conditions. When we got to our room, the TV was stripped of its power cord. We also noticed that the electric thermostat would not go above 62(in winter mind you). When we finally got in touch with the front desk(it rang for about 7mins. before anyone answered), they said they would send a technician right away. We waited 1 hr, no one came. We decided to head to dinner and give them more time to fix the issues. 3 hrs later, no one has been to our room. We call again and are told the same thing. No one comes until the next morning, 6am. I will think twice before i return. Wasn’t the best experience for the money we paid.

Aright that's all I can say, only 1 elevator working for about 3 hours. Stores inside of hotel closed at 10pm

beautiful property

Clean and updated rooms. Very professional staff. Parking is overpriced Almost $60 per day. And then they ask for tip. Really?!?!?

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. However, the elevators were a bit outdated and gave off a creepy vibe. The hotel was fully booked with lots of people due to a cheer competition taking place during our visit, causing delays in the elevator service. Several times we had to take the service elevator. Additionally, we found it inconvenient that the floors did not have ice makers, requiring us to request ice from the front desk.

Great stay staff was great

This a great hotel with the exception of two things. This is the 2nd year I’d stayed the same weekend and the elevators aren’t working. Also our bathtub wouldn’t drain and I had to switch between room while the maintenance man worked on it, a bit inconvenient.

Elevator was always broken and they changed for parking garage per night starting in November and we were never notified of the change. When asking the hotel manager he said that it is new and now through a 3rd party. Very unhappy with this extra $55 a night when we have never had to pay for the parking before.

This hotel was understaffed and left a lot to be desired especially for $450 a night! There was only one towel in my room, when I tried to call down the phone was not working. The shower handle fell off when I tried to turn it on. Only one elevator was working, making wait times to go to and from the lobby extremely long. None of the complimentary water coolers were filled. Really disappointing.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Fort Worth and overall found it to be a nice hotel with some areas for improvement. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Sundance Square, the convention center, and plenty of great restaurants. Check-in was seamless, and my room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was quite small, which might be a drawback for some guests. Parking was a challenge, as it’s valet-only with no self-parking option. The valet app was easy to use, but parking fees are separate, so plan for the added cost. I did order room service during my stay, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The menu on the hotel’s website wasn’t up-to-date, and the food quality was disappointing. I’d strongly recommend skipping room service and enjoying one of the many excellent nearby dining options instead. For those staying in, the TV entertainment options felt outdated and could use an upgrade. Despite these issues, the hotel’s prime location and friendly service make it a solid choice if you’re in town to explore Fort Worth. Just be aware of the parking situation and skip the room service for a better experience.

how i was charged for breakfast when is was included in my stay confirmation? they took advantage of this, wasn't aware until got home because I was an hurry!!! will never stay here and will pass word to not stay there.

This hotel foes the job. And i guess it is "clean" but everything is worn out.

Nice historical hotel

We enjoyed a weekend getaway on the 15th floor. The room was gorgeous with an oversized king bed, walk-in shower and skyline view. Our check-in was swift however our first room was at 85 degrees. We had dinner arrangements to get ready for and couldn't wait for the technician to repair it. After explaining to Devin, who checked us in, he promptly found a matching suite available. Then he personally checked the new room to insure a comfortable temperature before moving us over. Every staff member we encountered displayed professional customer service skills. Five star service! The location of the hotel is walking distance from historical places, restaurants and plenty of nightlife. Definitely will be returning.

Everyone was polite and respectful. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Did not like parking. It cost more to park the car then it did to rent it. Crazy. Also when the room was cleaned, they gave us fresh towels, however, did not refill coffee all week. Also we gave a cash tip and saw there was a tip charged to our room.

The price of the parking is absolutely ridiculously $65 a night plus tip come on Hilton. I had to wait for over 30 mins for my vehicle, my husband ended up opening the box and getting our own keys. Don’t get me started on the big water bug/ what ever it was in the building. I get it it’s an old historic building but it could use some upgrades for the price with parking.

This property is centrally located. Great place to stay

The bottle water on the desk said "free if you're a member but $3 if not" I find it very irritating. Not having free drinkable water is a huge issue.
