great location, friendly helpful staff, large clean rooms and available street parking we were able to use so virtually free parking (depending on weekend and timing)

always stay in courthouse area when coming to DC . It is very safe, walkable, clean, and convenient to restaurants ect. The hotel was quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. I did use the gym. The TV;s on the treadmills do not work. cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.

I had mold in my room . It was on the ceiling . I told the front desk . My daughter and I arrived not sick and we left sick. We didn’t get or room cleaned for the days we were there . Only great party of the stay was front desk, check in was easy and Gary was so nice .

Great hotel and incredibly friendly staff. Nested in a good spot and was great access to DC while introducing me to Arlington. Good food in walking distance from the location for any meal.

Clean room, but my electric blinds were not working. Staff came promptly to help with the issue but after they left the problem was not solved.
Otherwise great area and convenient location for travel and dining.

Dimitri was great at the front desk! I was traveling alone and felt very safe. It was a little pricey to park in their garage so I found a street space the second day.

The service in the dining area was not good. Three orders and they forgot to cook one of them. Then we had to chase down the waiter to get our bill. One of the mornings the hotel had no hot water. We were told it was just a matter of changing a cartridge!

There for a funeral in Arlington National Cemetery. Taking a shower at 7am and apparently the ENTIRE hotel was out of hot water! There was some cartridge that was supposed to be changed and wasn’t so we all had cold showers!!
