Muy mal servicio de parte del personal de recepción la habitación olía muy mal las sábanas y las almohadas arrugadas, me cobraron extra 175 dólares en mi tarjeta por haber dejado 6 ballon’s y poquitos pétalos de plástico en el piso la manager de housekeeping me trato muy mal porque le pregunté porque me estaban cobrando tanto dinero , siempre me gustaban estos hoteles pero desde esta mal experiencia en Hilton Garden Arsley nunca mas vuelvo a reservar,

The room was not the cleanest… smelled like cigarette and other things in the hotel and hallways.. we couldn’t get into our room and front desk clerk had to let us in. he was super nice but I found it really uncomfortable for my family we couldn’t access our own room and had to keep getting let in by the front door and that they could easily access us..

It was super quiet. Great location. Comfy beds. Late checkout! Slept amazing .

Need upgraded bathrooms, clean carpets or remove them

Hotel staff was nice and helpful. The hotel rooms are in need of serious upgrades. The tub wasn’t draining properly and ice machines were broken on multiple floors.

It was one of my most quietest stays. Easy check in and out. The receptionist greeted me with a hello and smile any time I walked by. It felt nice.

The hotel is located in a good area with various restaurants at a walking distance. Staff was absolutely helpful. The only thing we did npt like is that it was very hard getting my daughter in a wheelchair inside rhe bathroom. The floor seems to be uneven and I had to always help her get in the bathroom.

Very frustrated with the check in process. We were there at 3pm just as requested. I was pinched on time, meeting with friends and a cranky toddler. When I arrived, we were told it would be a little while because there was a line of people there for early check in and no rooms. At 3pm!? The ladies at the front counter were sweet and apologetic. I know it's not THEIR fault. Nearly an hour later, we finally got a room. The bathroom was NOT clean. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was not what I expected. I will not be staying here again...

Property is outdated and room rug was dirty

We stayed in room 321 there was a blood stain on the mattress. The drink machine and the ice machine did not work on our floor. Only one of the 2 elevators were working. This was probably our worst stay at a Hilton hotel as it seemed out dated, unclean, the host seemed short, and items listed above were broken and did not work

First impression is everything! I’m so happy with my stay this past weekend! I loved everything from the property, hospitality, my room, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet, the nearby restaurants & entertainment…let’s just say I can’t wait to stay here again! #SatisfiedCustomer :-)

Nice place enjoyed

Front desk people 1 was nice 1 was really rude with an attitude the bartender that took our dinner order was very nice and helpful Hate that there was no pool no spa no jacuzzi no whirlpool tub in room nothing it was supposed to have and no communication or credit for not being available which is the only reason I even booked with this hotel and they charge expensively for the normal tiny yogurt banana or muffin breakfast that usually is always free with booking a room when room already sooo expensive almost $200 a night it’s not like the hotel only charging for special ordered food no the ripping people off and you couldn’t even understand the person accent they just put all food out in front so when you go to get something then she goes right in you face about how much money everything is There’s no signs to parking garage easy to get lost and confusing finding the hotel Not worth the Price

I understand rates fluctuates but the prices of this hotel was a bit high, 3 nights and I paid $1,031.? I did not know there was a club directly across the street and to add more sleepless nights weddings on the rooftops. So upsetting. Needless to say i will not be booking at this hotel in the future.

Nice area

Room service in my experience is provided daily unless you request no service, in which there is a tag you can put on your door. When my room wasn't serviced, the front desk told me I would have had to ask for it - didn't know that up front so if they could tell you that upon checking in, that would be helpful! Otherwise, staff were excellent!
