Really enjoyable. The hotel was great. The reception staff Sucks! There was a young lady at the desk every morning watching something on her phone. Never said a thing. Horrible impression. So sad because the hotel was great.

Staff was extremely helpful and after having a flight cancelled were able to help us accommodate for basic needs of not having luggage. Will stay at this location again next time we are in the DFW area. Thank you for everything!

The check in process was very quick. The attendant at the desk was helpful and knowledgable about the arrangements I had made. The accommodations were excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Extremely upset and those are kind words….we were told the shuttle would pick us up from grapefest. We called 7 times with no answer. We walked 2 miles and crossed a 6 line hwy to get back to the hotel. We’re upset beyond belief

空港送迎があり便利だが、周りにほとんど何もない
ボーリングやビリーヤードができる施設があるが、とにかく隣に行くのも10分以上かかる
部屋には冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカーはあった

Overall our stay was very good. Hotel staff were friendly, hotel premises were clean and well maintained. Room was clean and accommodating.
I gave a bad back and I found the mattress to be a little too soft. Not sure if it was worn or if it was just the standard hotel firmness.

The room was very clean and larger than expected. I love the digital key option. I couldn’t get the TV remote to work other than to turn it on and change the volume, but I was too tired anyway. The nightstands have standard outlets and one side has a wireless charging station. We did have to wait a bit for someone to come to the front desk at check-in, but it was otherwise a seamless process.
