Pool Area was Nasty, Especially the Hot Tub. Tub wasn't Clean. No Privacy/Darkening Shade so Sleep was Impossible as Bright Lights Shined In! We paid in Advance for Breakfast, but was Denied the Fresh Cooked Item that was Included(signs everyone saying Included). Keys only kinda worked. The Included Wifi was NOT Included and there was Actually a Fee if we used it. Management Promised a Partial Refund. Waited Over 30 Days before writing this. No Refund at All, Not even a Partial as Promised.

The lady at the front desk was awesome and welcoming. The room was nice. The pool area was very dingy. And only 4 chairs for sitting so we had to stand while the kids swam. Overall was okay for the price but would choose a different hotel next time

facilities were ok, but next door room was so noisy due to connectable room.

We stayed here for a low-key anniversary getaway, and it was great. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the room was comfortable.

The front counter attendant was very friendly and gave us some excellent choices on where to eat. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice property. Not hotels fault but got 1:30 wake up call by the fire system. But other then that was best stay at a hotel in long time.

Very nice almost everything was great. Only bad thing was the room online looked a smidge nicer then the one we got but thats understandable

The internet was unreliable which shortened my stay.

No curtains. Parking lot lights were very bright. No sleep.

Besides standing and waiting at the front desk to check in while the girl seemed to be on the phone not talking to someone, just minimally responding for 10 minutes. The hotel was good for the purpose of the visit.

Nice property and felt safe

No free breakfast, like i thought. It was 13 something for a hot plate

we stayed there for convenience while attending a concert at the Foellinger theatre.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.

Enjoyed staying at your facility

Bathroom was missing towels and had NO SOAP. If room is not prepared then don’t have people stay.

The main lobby entrance was caution-taped off. We had to use a side door to access the lobby which had no working A/C. We arrived at 2:20 and asked if it would be possible for an early check in (check in is at 3). Was told no, which was fine. Went back in at 3 to be told the room still wasn’t available and they would let us know when it was. They said they had to be told by the housekeeping supervisor that we could get in. We were traveling with a baseball group so there was a full-lobby waiting for rooms. I think we were finally given room keys around 3:30. My card was ran twice… I was told the first time it was for incidental ($25) but it was really ran for the full price of the room again. Then I was asked for it to be ran again for incidental. I refused to provide my card again then was advised yes it had been ran, for the full amount. It was corrected by the evening time, thankfully. The pool had way too much chlorine, you could hardly sit in the pool area without burning eyes. The room was nice, no complaints other than they provided two towels for a 4 person occupancy room. I had no issue getting two more towels from the front desk.

Incredibly clean, well laid out rooms with wonderful amenities. Close to Parkview Regional Hospital, which made visiting a family member daily very easy.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Bathroom in our room wasn’t very clean. Would still stay here again if in the area.
