I really love how easy was to check in I entered really late at night and the people from the hotel was very effective and efficiently Love hilton garden hotel i will use this hotels for everything

The staff were so thoughtful. We had a tire blowout nearby and had to wait hours for a tow truck. The staff came and picked my spouse up from the gas station where we were stranded.

Excelente hotel, me encanta que sus regaderas no sean las típicas tinas pequeñas, buen desayuno y excelente cuarto para descansar. Solo precios algo exagerados. Pero sin duda, recomiendo.

There was a dirty sock in my room while the restroom was also dirty. I would think that since we reserved more than a three weeks ago it would be clean and ready but it was not. I have a picture of the dirty sock if needed.

Nice clean hotel

A ritzy and expensive hotel that completely lacked the amenities that would have been helpful. We were there because of a conference and there was no effort to meet the special schedule of the guests (the conference, involved field trips that began as early as 5 AM.) $15 breakfast available only after 6, no coffee available until then. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and there is always 24 hour complimentary coffee in the lobby. Lighting in rooms inadequate and just plain weird-the bathroom light was triggered when you entered it, and it flooded the room whole room. Multiple touches on switch sometimes turned it off, but not always. Not appreciated by your sleeping hotel mate! WiFi “free” only upon giving them your email and permission to receive promotional material. I don’t see us staying in another Hilton Garden Inn ever again.

Excelente servicio

I couldn't even sleep well because the AC was too noisy. The room didn't have enough trash cans and trash bags. The pillows were all soft and uncomfortable. At the moment of my checkout, I didn't like the woman in the lobby because she was all sarcastic as if I went to ask for something for free. As a guest and paying so expensive for a room, I don't deserve this kind of service. The other two employees were nice but that woman I don't like that, I think she was the manager because she was too rude.

The property was well maintained, and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean rooms and restrooms, plenty of parking and in a quiet, nice area. Close to Sam’s and 4 minute drive to Walmart if needed. They have a lot of options at the store in the lobby (albeit a bit expensive but that’s pretty much standard). Didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant or grab breakfast but I would stay again and would recommend :).
