The restaurant staff was unfriendly and not equally accommodating to all members in my group. The bathroom is so small that the door almost hits the toilet seat and tub when opening the door.

Friendly , helpful staff . They offered free continental breakfast on Christmas morning .

Lovely stay for a quick weekend get away.

My room had a continuous motor sound from the bathroom exhaust and there was no switch to turn it off. It was annoying.

The stay was great and pleasant.

Staff in the dining room did not allow us to sit at tables unless we ordered something. ( 8:30 at night and nobody in dinning room). They told us to sit outside but could not find the area they suggested for us.

We were there because Three Dog Night was playing at The American Music Theater in Lancaster on Saturday night. (We got there Friday evening.) Three Dog Night canceled the concert due to a band member having an emergency. We had booked 2 nights, but only stayed one night and when I asked for a refund for the 2nd night, they denied our request. I was told by the front desk to call Expedia to ask them. I called Expedia and they said that they had to ask the Hilton Garden Center Inn Lancaster, and after talking to them, they confirmed that we stayed one night instead of 2 but said they stand firm and will not refund our money. Really Hilton... that is very poor customer service.

I was given a pet friendly room even though I did not have a pet.

Everything was good, except the on site dining was disappointing. Wife and i tried for dinner and dining room closed with a very limited menu given at bar seating area.

The doors to the rooms are loud when they close. I could hear everyone in the hallway entering/leaving their rooms. Their was a family that had kids running up and down the hallway half the night. The family spent more time in the hallway talking with the kids running up and down than they did in their room. Breakfast was okay. I would have preferred a make your own pancake/waffle machine and served myself breakfast than have someone doing it for me. Room was great, clean and the bed was comfortable.

Comfortable and quiet stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The courtyards and gardens were well tended. The layout is a little labyrinthine, but the front desk staff was very helpful.

Had plans change tried to cancel, paid for the insurance. They are not flexible and wouldn’t change. Now I’m out $500 Very disappointed

I fouund the hotel to be truly average - average room, average lobby, etc. However, the staff at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. The layout of the hotel was awkward and it was eay to get disoriented.

Very old, and unmaintained. We booked this place even though it the most expensive only on the name. Not worth the money as owners don’t care about property and only want to milk it for every last dollar. Sad to see Hilton going down in quality that this let this hotel and owner keep the name with a hotel that old

Would definitely stay again.
