Nice hotel to stay

Not enough parking for the amount of events happening the same time

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly checkin was a breeze. Lorenzo bar/restaurant was awesome.

The check-in was easy and very quick the staff was friendly and professional. Very glean and pleasant the room was very clean spacious

The hotel is in the industrial Park. There is nothing around it. The food was overprepared and not that great. I did not get the rule that I have requested. And on top of it all, when I checked out, the front desk did not asked whether I had a good stay

Bar is very nice, but bathroom is far away. Gym is very nice with lots of new equipment. Room quality varies between floors. Floor 4 the rooms are very nice.

Breakfast at restaurant was reasonable and good.

For $200 a night on a Sunday I have stayed in better Days Inns for $63 a night. The carpet is so disgusting I won’t walk on it barefoot. The furniture is freyed and old. The heater made terrible noise all night. The coffee maker didn’t work. This is supposed to be a Hilton it’s the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. You will do better at a days inn

Stayed here before and never had an issue! Always clean and staff professional. This time Samantha at the front desk was a dream. Super sweet, accommodating and my stay was great.

I don't recommend this place because they charged more than the agreed price! They are liars!

Nice hotel inside and out

Very clean, good customer service, available parking, satisfied with the service.

Our stay was perfect after a long day of driving. The staff was polite and helpful, and the rooms were clean. However, we did not have body wash in our shower, but we still made it work with the body soap that the hotel provided.

the staff was great!! hotel was clean parking was ample. The bed was horrible, my girlfriend woke up with bad spasms and I had a neck ache.

Every holiday or short stay I book the Hilton Hotel on Staten Island. Family friendly owened establishment. Cozy feel with a family type atmosphere..safe , quiet and great morning breakfast. The hotel also has a formal dining area if you choose..I highly recommend. 5 star rating

when I check in even tough it was tap I couldn’t use the card of choice , face in tub was loose from wall , toilet didn’t flush like they gave me a room that was used , order room service something black was in soup

If you like old stuff this is the place for you but if you like clean modern things you will not like this place at all..

There is poor Communication between hotel and Expedia. The rooms smell musty and there is loud banging club music til midnight on Friday and Saturday night

Steven was so friendly and welcoming at check in! Best check in experience ever.

The rooms were a bit dark and gloomy
