The staff was very friendly checking us in .

The property has stunning views of the ocean if you get a room with the harbor view. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to Little Italy, which is up a little hill.
We became fast friends with Rachel at the front desk . She was very helpful and even got us our room early. She was so friendly and every time we saw her at the desk, we would chat like we were old friends. She was always very helpful and even checked on us throughout the day.
The hotel was very clean and the view from our room was amazing. We also went to the pool area. The pool is actually outside but it is covered partially so they consider it inside and outside. They also have a hot tub but that is not covered. It was Janurary so it was pretty cold in the pool.
Overall, it was a nice, relaxing stay. We would definitely stay there again.

No daily room cleaning. Only every second day cleaning of the room. Elevators very slow. Only two elevators and one was out of service the entire three day stay. Noise level in the room was very bothersome. We could hear conversations in adjacent rooms. The hotel is directly under the glide path for landings at the international airport. Anyone walking in the hallway outside the room door could be heard clearly. Coffee cups for the Keurig coffee maker started leaking after three minutes. On arrival the room smelled like sewage. Poor ventilation in the bathroom meant smells from use of the toilet lingered a long time. The business office station printer was out of service. In short, this is the worst Hilton property we have ever stayed in

It was a nice hotel. I liked they had a indoor pool since it was raining when we were thier. Only reason I gave it a 4, Is because they only have valet parking. They charge $60 a day. When online it said $50.
a day. I don't like hidden charges.

Great location. Staff was friendly and greeted you each time you came in. Walked to Little Italy and the Harbor each day, felt safe doing so. Clean! Beds were good. Didnt hear the planes flying overhead to the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Did not realize they only had valet parking and it’s 60$ a night.
I typically always check parking before I book so that was my oversight. Will not stay here again.
