I will never use this hotel. Horrible service Reason for booking was to enjoy the view and got a room with a wall view. No customer service at all. This is pretty much a motel 6 with higher rates.

I was very surprised it does not look like your typical Hilton. Very modern right by the ships in downtown the perfect spot. I will definitely come back

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very peaceful and quiet, everything was spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely amazing. The staff were also very kind and professional, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

It was my first time in San Diego and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It’s right downtown next to all types of dining facilities. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean. And I loved the Barbie Café. Mia is the best bartender!

they gave me the wrong information about complimentary breakfast and with that i ended up spending 25 dollars that i didn't have to - that was disappointing

This is our favorite hotel in San Diego. It’s clean, quiet, close to a lot of restaurants, has amazing view of the harbor and is pet friendly.

Had to pay again at the hotel but when I placed it through Expedia it didn’t let me know I had to pay again at the hotel

Bad service not friendly and requested assistance and never got a response. Super expensive for basic hotel.

I would have given them 5 starts but the fact that there isn’t self parking and have to used their valet parking which is 60 dollars a day is crazy.

The property itself was fine and the location was good. Unfortunately the Hilton staff charged me nearly a thousand dollars in error and across 3 days failed to refund me as they promised they would. I have now left and am continuing to try to get a refund for a random charge that they admitted was in error. They claim that it will come through in 7-10 days but previously told me to expect it the same night and then in 3 days and now say 7-10 days. I’m concerned about a continued hassle to be refunded for this erroneous charge.

Parking is outrageous here and they charge a lot per day to park there. At least the hotel is clean and nice. Its front of the waterfront

This is our go to hotel when visiting San Diego. Rooms are beautiful, clean and services is always amazing.

I loved the convenience of this hotel. It is right downtown, and we were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants. I greatly appreciated the cleanliness of this hotel! The room and bathroom were super clean, and housekeeping freshened up the room every other day, which some hotels don't offer. The front desk staff and other staff throughout the building were very friendly and helpful. The bay is just a short walk away and the views were nice, though I wish the view from our room was less obstructed. The breakfast/restaurant options were a little confusing compared to what was listed on the website, due to the pop-up Malibu Barbie restaurant. But that venue was adorable with nice and friendly staff as well. It was like an unexpected attraction that we got to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to San Diego.

Great location walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Been staying here for years and plan on returning.

Outside and lobby were cute and clean. Elevators were dirty. Outlets in the room by the bed didn't work. Housekeeping does a poor job cleaning the rooms. Hair from a previous person was everywhere. I know it wasn't mine as i am bald.
