호텔은 아주 청결 하지는 않았으나 직원들이 친절했고 아침 식사가 훌륭했습니다

Air conditioner broke in my room. Paid extra for the balcony and the door was broke to go outside - no chairs or anywhere to sit on balcony. Description said 'standing balcony' so I missed that or wouldn't have paid extra. Switched rooms later Day 2 and everything was fine in the second room. In general, the property is old and needs updated everywhere.

Hospedagem de 1 dia. Hotel antigo. Precisa de modernização. Ruim ver portas de madeira descascada nos quartos, móveis e decoração antiquada, falta de manutenção na cortina, interruptores velhos. A única vantagem é ficar perto do Aeroporto Internacional de Miami.

Easy check-in and check out! Staff was friendly. Convenient location to airport and shuttle made it easy to get to on day of travel. Parked our car there and paid for it online.

Very nice property. felt safe staying there. Shuttle from airport to property. Low cost shuttle to cruise port.

Great location but staff at check in aren’t friendly. No pleasantries. Felt like we were bothering him because he was texting as we walked up. We felt like a transaction. I’m surprised this is under the Hilton name. They only provide two wash cloths and towels for a four person room.

Not enough staff to get rooms ready in a timely manner. Poor communication about when rooms would be ready. In general lousy check in experience.

Would absolutely recommend

The first night we stayed at this hotel was amazing, and I gave a review that reflected that. However, our second stay, was very underwhelming and disappointing. Our toilet had a hole in the caulk and was leaking, it hadn't been cleaned, and there were holes in the comforter. The first night we stayed on the 14th floor and it was absolutely beautiful, but this time we were on the 3rd floor and it was incredibly disappointing. I'm not sure if the 14th floor is newer, but our room on the 3rd floor definitely did NOT reflect the price we paid. It felt very much like we paid simply got the Hilton name, and not for quality. If we travel to Miami again, we will probably not stay here again unless it is guaranteed that we get a nicer room.

Hotel lobby was nice. However room was a bit old and tired. Still enjoyed stay but expected more from Hilton and wasn’t cheap!

Amazing hotel and property!

Check in was a disaster. Auto check in didnt work and rooms were not ready on time. I was 4 hours early for check in but at all other Hilton i could usually check in an hour or so early. Here i wasn't able to get a key untilnearly 6:00.

We had a suite with a balcony. Toilet would not flush . Dinning service not the best. Sat for long time before they would ask if we wanted to oder anything . Room $$$ would think you could get good sevices

Gammelt hotel - dårlig vedlikeholt. Bra beliggenhet - bra senger.

Our experience at the Front Desk was EXCELLENT. Great location and better staff. I will be back!
