방 넓어서 좋았고 침대와 침구 편안하고 좋았습니다 조식 추가했는데 너무 훌륭해서 놀랐습니다 위치 또한 완벽합니다

We had a lovely quiet stay! Very convenient location

Loved everything about this place. And the staff were great, especially Kyler!!

Checkin counter service needs to be improved. I'm a foreigner and it's hard to pick up words if people speak too fast. I did ask multiple times, but I still didn't get some stuff unclear. Gave up understanding, cause it's tiring, but if I were working there, I'd do differently.

Very walkable area, lot's of great places to eat and see within walking distance. The waterfront is just a 10 minute walk. The hotel is not too fancy, but it’s good for a night or two. I would stay here again because of the location and price.

This hotel is in a great central downtown location just an easy walk to Pike Market, shopping, multiple restaurants. Large spacious rooms with lobby market and full service restaurant- will definitely stay here again!

Wow! Awesome staff and very kind staff. If you’re on the higher floors, be prepared to wait going down the elevators, if they only have one side of the elevators going.

Parking fee is high. Resort fee is high. Apple cider (winter) is included as benefit for the resort fee that you pay daily, but apple cider is not always available. $10 food and beverage credit can not cover one breakfast

This hotel is less than two blocks from the train station. It’s very walkable to a lot of the sites downtown like Pike Place market and the salt District right on Elliot Bay. Staff was very nice hotel was very clean. Only issue was that there was an elevator issue where there was a long wait to get on on the last day of my travel. Hotel was aware of the issue and was currently working on it to fix the problem

We’ve stayed at this property several time. It’s gone through multiple renovations. Its current design does not feel inviting. The room we got was on the top floor and was about the size of a large walk in closet. They nickel and dime everything. We asked for an hour later check out time because our flight wasn’t until 11:00 pm at night. Charged us $25… for one hour! On our bill it was listed as an early check in fee. When did this become a thing? I always thought if you get to your hotel early and your room was ready great. If it wasn’t you waited. Now they charge you for that?

The bath tub was draining well and even after asking for a service it didn't get fixed. Room was small and very dark it needs more lights. The breakfast was a rip off as they charged 70 usd for two persons simple breakfast Never get back to this hotel

Hotel staff was excellent and check-in was very easy. It is upsetting that hotels like this quality brand are charging mandatory fees that are not transparent in the advertised price, seems a bit deceptive and unfair. The owners need to invest in keeping the property in good condition. It is dated and needs an upgrade. The check-out was smooth. We will find another option next visit to Seattle.

overall it was ok except front desk.

The facilities are somewhat quite old. Housekeeping did not come one of the days but was otherwise very responsive to requests. front desk forgot to give our one of our bags and we had to come all the way back from the airport to pick it up. Gym was good.

We’ve stayed here many times before and were disappointed that they no longer have the free beer and wine in the lobby in the evenings. Now it’s one drink coupon per guest in their restaurant which isn’t even open all day. Also we weren’t specifically told the $10 a day resort credit had to be used each day and not in a chunk so we missed out on the $10 on our first day. Other than these issues great stay, great location, beautiful room.
