All good

Staff was super nice and I really appreciate that. It's an older place but great location and price for San Diego. Breakfast is way over priced ($24 for a simple Bfast) but there is a small deli just to the West where you can eat much cheaper.

Mala experiencia, me ofrecieron un ascenso que tenía un costo adicional de 59 dlls, per no lo quise. Y me dieron una habitación que se ubicaba cerca de los aires acondicionados del hotel. Super ruidoso

Great view from Harbor Island

Customer service was poor.. not friendly, welcoming or helpful. Walked in without much of a welcome and walked out with no goodbye all the employees just standing around taking with themselves .. the rooms were ok . Older .. bathroom was so small and the view from our room overlooked the roof of the kitchen .. we had to pay to upgrade to that “view “

Place is old with thin walls. Smelled like smoke

It was fine except the miscommunication about my late check out. I had called the day prior and was told late checkout is ok. I got a call while I was out telling me late check out was not communicated and I was supposed to ask for it the day I am leaving. I am upset that I was rushed when I was told I had a little more extra time.

The Harbor is located on the both side of the hotel . Had a small issue, check out is 12pm . At 1030am with a privacy card on the door, housekeeping tried to come in. I reported the incident to the front desk but got the what do you want me to do look while explaining.. besides that every thing was great...

Close to airport, glad they have an airport shuttle.. It was nice to walk around the marina. Comfortable room.

The property was in an amazing location. Love the dining options around area and the food in the hotel cafe was excellent. Generally the service was great. Specially the bellman service was excellent however the front desk service could have been more cordial both on the phone and in person. We did not call often and our questions were not out if the ordinary and of the “no” is the answer, we totally understand but there are ways to say “no” and still make your guest feel good about their stay. I suggest more customer service training would help. Thx!

It was very noisy from my room

Great hotel like always.

Front staff useless. Had to ask for room to be serviced. Stayed 4 nights, given 2 bottles of water, charged $3.per bottle for addictional water. One luggage dolly: not allowed to be used if staff not available. NO one helped with my 4 pieces of luggage once I arrived. Four male staff were standing at the front desk. DID NOT receive any help getting my luggage to my room, not even an ofter to use the luggage dolly. They just stood there. NO further Hilton stays for me. POOR FRONT AREA STAFF. Speaking with the Mgr was no help at all.
