As always, old hotel has some attitude and SF Hilton was full of it in a bad way. Not sure I will go there again ..

This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at

Stayed for a week at this property. The area/streets on the left of the hotel doesn’t feel safe as there is a lot of homelessness. Being a woman I would not walk down there alone at night. There is security at the hotel itself which is good and feels secure so great work there. The room itself was good, but the bathroom shower water pressure was very poor, the curtains didn’t even cover the entire bathtub so you kept feeling cold as well. The breakfast buffet is absolutely trash and not worth $60 USD. Hilton breakfast is typically great but was so so disappointing here and for me it’s around $80 CAD and for that price could get a steak brunch. The breakfast had the typical scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurts, cereals and breads. Not even an omelette station. Honestly any holiday in breakfast for 1/4 price would be better. However the cafe has good food and much cheaper. Would recommend eating there instead and save $. Overall, for a Hilton hotel I expected a lot more for the breakfast options and general bathroom facilities

Excellent customer experience and amazing rooftop views

This was my second time staying at the Hilton Union Square and I absolutely love everything about it. The hotel has a restaurant/ bar on the 46th floor with an amazing view of the city. I enjoyed Daniel at the bar in the lobby. He makes yummy drinks and had a lot of funny stories to tell. This place is amazing!! 5 stars ⭐️ from me!!

pleasantly surprise, i should not be surprise because that is Hilton motto: and that is why i chose Hilton, they provide excellent quality service and comfort; very clean and comfortable, i felt safe walking around the downtown area even though there is a homeless problem, the Hilton did a great job keeping them away from the facility, security was excellent;i look forward in booking Hilton on my next staycation.

El hotel es bastante bueno y como cadena de hotel conoce su ramo, el único inconveniente que veo y no es culpa del hotel es que hay mucho homeless y esta bastante sucia y descuidada esa parte de la ciudad.

Good for family

Generally, the hotel has an excellent location, a walking distance from Moscone convention center. The services are also good, including the breakfast. A small comment about water bottles. During check in, you got two small water bottles and no more. They should provide new bottles on a daily basis. Alternatively, they can provide a re-fill one to use. Other than this small point, I liked the hotel.

+: Great location, great staff -: a bit old, shower in the room is not wet/dry seperated, cost.

parking is included and it was a very clean space. everything is an upcharge but what else would i expect for SF

The front desk staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful that I’ve experienced. We paid a small upgrade fee and had a beautiful room with a view for the weekend. Highly recommended and easy to get around everywhere from this location.

It’s a goo point that there is a bathtub for Japanese travrlers.
