Active construction site. At check-in counter person seemed moody. Gym was excellent. Great to have dumbbells up to 75 pounds. Room was excellent. Hot water was on demand, shower pressure was excellent, everything worked. Mold on shower ceiling. Room temperature was comfortable. Stains on wallpaper. Coffee service in lobby was excellent. Shuttle to airport was perfect.

For now the property is a bit dated and worn. A new addition is under construction as is the lobby. I imagine the rest of the facility will be remodeled/updated.

Nos dieron un cuarto muy lejos del elevador. El check in fue rápido. La alfombra estaba muy sucia, no había mucha luz. Los vasos de vidrio estaban terriblemente sucios y grasos. En la mañana nos despertó la recamarera y dijo que pusiéramos el letrero de no molestar que disque estaba en el clóset y no había letrero alguno 😡. Y ya saliendo nos persiguió para ver que cuarto éramos para ir corriendo a hacerlo. La cena muy bien y los del bar muy amables

This hotel is priced as a premium hotel, when it is not. The bathrooms are in disrepair, with our sink faucet not fully turning off, mold in the shower, and paint falling off. The room itself had massive stains on the carpet and the alarm clock had the cord cut. There are no USB outlets for charging and very limited outlets. There is no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. This hotel is very outdated. The breakfast isn’t included and you have to pay for parking. The market area is closed and the vending machines are empty. Is it the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in? No. But it is CERTAINLY not worth the price per night that they are charging.

Overall, it was a good stay as we were out there for a tournament. The one thing I would say that can be considered “not so good” , was the construction going on. The parking lot and portions of the lobby had a lot going on.

Property under construction but my disappointment was the room cost a premium price and there wasn’t even a refrigerator in the room and then I went to get ice to help keep my stuff cold and the ice machine on the sixth floor didn’t work!

The staff from check in, dining staff were excellent and very friendly and professional. The food was excellent and the wait staff friendly. Our room was okay, was very dusty, the sofa in the room had stains all over. We reported the condition to the front desk staff and they were very apologetic
