아이학교 근처인데다가 학교까지 무료 셔틀과 공항셔틀서비스가 가능한 호텔, 수영장도 있고, 도보로 이동 가능한 근처 쇼핑몰과 스타벅스, 맛있는 레스토랑과 큰 마트까지 있어서 좋았다.

Room was large. Didn’t feel closed in.

Hotel staff were friendly and willing to assist with any request. Room was clean and comfortable. Having shuttle service to the airport is a really nice convenience.

Room was fine, Mattress closest to the bathroom needs to be replaced. Middle is higher and firmer than the rest of the bed. Room darkening shades do not close all of the way.

Checking in was easy and convenient.

The hotel is very convenient to quality shopping and wonderful restaurants. It is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. While I am certain they have lovely suites, the rooms are a bit dated and I had some peeling paint in the bath tub area - but still very comfortable. Nice linens and pillows. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

We were put in older separate facility behind the main hotel. Was not updated in anyway. Will not stay there again till I see updates

Beautiful property- I had to work before breakfast so I wasn’t able to partake-it would be nice if they could have a bag breakfast for people who have to leave before the kitchen is open. The shower was lukewarm which was very unfortunate with a blizzard outside. It was very cold and a hot shower would’ve been nice. The bed was very firm so if you like firm mattresses, you will love it. I however, had a backache all night. Very nice and professional staff.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful hotel!

The exterior of the hotel looks grand and so does the lobby. This is a huge place with several exterior buildings which possibly has some very nice rooms. However, our room was quite dated with dingy carpeting and decor so boring it verged on depressing. Beige, brown and maroon everything. The heat didn’t work in our first room and the front deck very kindly moved us to a similar one. It had a very small sink and only half a closet so they moved us again. We stayed there for the two nights. Nothing special, nothing terrible. Comfortable enough, just pretty blah.

Got upgraded to Mini suite. Furniture uncomfortable. Needs and update.

The staff was nice. The food was average and the facility is very dated. It is in a very good location.
