The stay was great. The valet was so nice and kind. They even kept my bag for me after check out so I could finish some business in town. Price for valet parking is a bit steep and they do not let you tip on credit card would be my only complaint.

the staff generally was excellent. I had a not great experience regarding buying food that required microwave late at night and not realizing there was no microwave in the room and the staff at front desk didnt tell me when they saw I was buying it. When I tried to return it in the morning they were argumentative and defensive at first but I stood my ground and they gave me a credit. not pleasant experience to an otherwise excellent one. thanks

Three days ago, a $50 authorization fee was taken when I checked into your hotel. Even though we checked out of the hotel and did not use it, that authorization fee still has not been deposited to my card. When will it be deposited?

Staff super simpático e prestativo, incluindo os garçons. O hotel é próximo da estação mas um pouco longe dos museus, ainda assim atendeu muito bem. Quarto muito confortável e silencioso.

No slipper

It was a nice stay over all. However, they have a rodent problem around the bar area. There were 3 running around. I was able to capture one on video. It has to be a problem for to hold your camera up for 28 seconds and record it running around. When we alerted the bartender they reacted as if it was normal occurrence and shrugged their shoulders. If they fixed the rodent problem or acted as it was a serious problem they would have gotten 5 stars.
