Holiday Inn BATESVILLE, an IHG Hotel

It was very nice, even though they were still bulling on the location and the pool wasn’t done but over all I’ll book there again

The front desk personell worked diligently to get me a room as soon as possible and provided timely updates on the status of my room's availability.

The check-in was superb, with excellent front desk staff and accommodating. However, the restaurant service employee wouldn't accept the complimentary coupon provided by the hotel for breakfast the very next day.

Just passing through and needed a nice place to lay our heads. The hotel was pleasant as were the staff. It is a place that is used daily but I was pleasantly surprised that everything seemed very clean. We were greeted and welcomed by everyone we met. We are dinner and had the breakfast buffet. Both were very good.

A lot of people walking around halls and lingering in lingering in parking lot at night. Grown men walking around lobby barefoot getting information from desk. Just not my kind of idea of a nicer place or a place I’d recommend

Was disappointed when we arrived to find out the pool was closed. Also found hair on the clean towels in our bathroom. Lobby was clean and updated. Check in staff was helpful and polite.

Despite providing my name and even a receipt they denied having my reservation.

The staff was helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the hot breakfast was a nice touch.

This is my 3rd stay here. I absolutely love the rooms here. This has become my favorite go to hotel. Always clean. Always quiet. And the staff is always friendly. From the front desk to housekeeping. And I love how housekeeping knocked on our door every morning to give us fresh towels. Hotels I have stayed in for multiple nights have never done that. I always have to go to the front desk and ask for them. You guys have done a great job and I hope it continues like this.

This Holiday Inn is conveniently located off the interstate, set back from busy highway. Parts of the facility are being remodeled, with signage and trim details a work in progress. Reminder that this is not a Holiday Inn Express (comp breakfast) but a full service Holiday Inn ( full service restaurant w/bar , all at customer expense)

Pool was not open for maintenance reasons and that was one of the reasons we chose it. Also, few bugs in the room and the smell of weed in the hallway was strong

Great stay. They said the rooms were soundproof. Not sure how sound proof they were. We didn’t hear other guess next door however when we entered the hall we heard someone in their room. Still it was a pretty quiet stay. The staff was very friendly and made check in and check out a breeze. There is a restaurant on the property, but we didn’t get to try it. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. This is my second stay here. I look forward to my next real soon.

Nice over night stay.

The whole floor we were on smelled like weed. The ac in the lobby and halls didn’t work. The seasonal pool does not open until July. This is south Mississippi, our heat index today was 105. When I found out the pool was closed I asked if I could be refunded so I could go where there was a pool and was told no.

No pool and free breakfast

It was well worth staying
