Hotel was not nice at all. Definitely ran down and cleanliness was bad. Will not be staying there again

Good staff helpful and caring

Did not realize that pets were allowed. I love dogs but there must have been one close to us. He kept barking starting around 5am. Almost as if no one was in the room with him. That only lasted one morning. The hotel shows it's age. Needs to be rejuvenated.

This property should not be open during renovations!!! Horrible tar smell from new roof; water in bathroom constantly dripped - would not turn off, minimal room service, they never refilled toilet paper, tissue, coffee, cups, etc…. Customer service was also poor. I am a retired Flight Attendant who in 21 years has stayed in Hotels across the world - this is definitely in the top 5 worst experiences ever

Last minute stay due to birth of first grandchild. Convenient to the hospital and reasonably priced. Breakfast is made to order and the service and food were great. Felt safe and didn't have any issues with the room.

Lobby is very nice but common areas and halls had a lot of deferred maintenance.

Close to sports venues and was very clean.

Staff was very friendly. We had a nice stay.

Upon checking in the room, there was leftover food in the refrigerator. There was no toilet paper on the roll.

Very clean, property in good condition and very comfortable. Dolores (manager) provided wonderful assistance

The carpet had very large red stains in between the beds, Possible Blood. House keeping could have been better.

Just adverse trash cans overflowing in hall.

The property was in need of carpeting, it was clean, quiet and a good value.

Went for a football game with my husband.

Nothing was unique. Overall, the property is quite dated. It felt like 2004, not 2024. Bath drain did not flow when showering. There was about 3" of water in tub after every shower. Carpet looked stained and worn in room. Staff was efficient and polite. I had to take my key back 3 times (from the 4th floor) to get it reprogrammed.

I wasn’t even able to check into my hotel.

The room was ok. Relatively quiet. Met all my needs. The unsatisfying things were empty tissue box and coffee with a weird taste.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. You will be better off staying in a tent in a public park. It was parent’s weekend at IU and of course, I was price gouged and ended up paying 2 x what the room is worth. I expected a much better and polished experience for the additional amount I paid. This hotel is a complete disaster. 1. The hotel has an overall stench. It spells like gasoline and a chemical agent. It permeates the hallways and rooms. 2. Despite saying they offered it, they don’t provide maid service. When I inquired about it after being away from my room for 8 hours the front desk person said they may get around to it. They never got around to it on a two-night stay. 3. The bathtub did not drain. At all. When I told the front desk at 8am when I returned at 5pm in the afternoon the tub was still full. When I inquired at the front desk they had no record of my maintenance request. They said the morning person with whom I made my request never wrote down the request even though they had a maintenance person on site that day. Service isn’t really something they believe in. I cannot reiterate enough - do not stay at this hotel.
