Holiday Inn Express & Suites ASTORIA, an IHG Hotel

We came for 1 night to meet our family and fish the next day. Arriving at the front desk was greeted with smiling faces and very kind voices! A sweet girl checked us in quickly and when we got to our room it had been newly updated and was very spacious! Our bathroom was all in order and I love the soaps and lotions in attached holders with the large bottles ready to pump!! All was excellent!!

Our stay at The Holiday Inn Express Suites in Astoria, Oregon was fantastic! The Views from our room was amazing. The Riverwalk ran alongside the Columbia River with fishing boats and freighters traveling by! The room was excellent—extremely clean and was cozy with the fireplace —as the night in late August was chilly. The staff, from check-in to check-out was extremely helpful in recommending eating places and sights to see! The coffee and cookies were an afternoon treat, also! I Highly recommend this Hotel on the river! We loved it!

The room was spacious, neat and clean. Great view of the river and the bridge. Close to restaurants so we didn't have to drive, just walked to the restaurant. I would stay here again.

Stayed during a fishing trip. Only 1/2 mile to the Marina.

5/5 – Great Stay as a Deaf Guest I’m Deaf and had a really good experience at this hotel. The staff were respectful and made communication easy. They were patient, used writing or gestures when needed, and didn’t make me feel awkward. There wasn’t a visual fire alarm in the room, which I noticed, but overall I still felt comfortable and safe. The service was solid, and the room was clean and quiet. It’s not always easy traveling as a Deaf person, but this place made it simple. I’d stay here again and recommend it to others in the Deaf community.

Great place. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Definitely recommend anyone to book this place.

Bath tub faucet is loose, shower head is clogged ,toliet leaks internally and cycles every so often. Room next door was noisy.

Beautiful views, great suite and great location to go anywhere downtown or across the bridge would definitely recommend it.
