we stayed here for 3 days to visit Washington. We were very satisfied, the parking, the pool, the spacious room, everything was fine. Also very easy to go from the hotel by bus to the College Park metro station, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. We drove by car to the P+R garage next to the station and paid only 5 dollars for the garage on Friday, in the weekend it is even free. Only the breakfast could be a bit more extensive. But I would definitely go here again.

Hotel wasnt bad. The room though had its questionables. Like the AC that doesnt go below 66degrees... howver it clearly was warmer than 66 in the room. I was sweating. Also the fridge in the room barely worked... it was the coldest setting and it did almost nothing. Staff got me in and out pretty quick, shower was nice and the bed was nice.

I did not like hotel due to inconvenience and poor facilitied. Tap in the Bathroom tub was loose and drain was not working properly. Overal this hotel was below 1 star.

Beautiful, walking path right behind the hotel that that you can follow in either direction! After a long day of driving, it's a godsend

It was our first time staying here. The parking was very convenient and felt safe. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I had to change from a king bed room to a 2-queen room when I arrived and they gladly made the change. I will caution people to request rooms away from the elevators…they ran all night and were loud enough to keep us awake part of the night. The room itself was clean and had comfortable beds but in general it felt a little old and tired.

The front desk staff was not courteous or patient. They said that they would document me arriving late for my check in and also for a late check out but did not do that. The hotel ended up charging me for something I shouldn't have been charged since I called and spoke to a person at the front desk saying my reservation to check in is good for 24hrs.

The location was very convenient to where we had to go. But we had a noisey humidifier in our room and if we turned off, theres a musty smell in the room. It was only 2 nights. So we put up with it. Will not do that again. They did have a good breakfast layout.

The room had a dehumidifier apparently due to a moisture problem. It felt very damp and smelled of mildew. Coffee maker in the room did not have regular coffee pod and when asked for one at the front desk they didn’t have any. We had to pay to park our car. The outdoor pool was uncovered and the water was green with debris floating in it. Breakfast was of poor quality - the potatoes were bland and overcooked, the scrambled eggs were dry and the pancake maker was not working.

Our was on 2 floor ( basement) the property humidity was so bad that there is an dehumidifier inside the room. Too expensive for a crappy hotel
