Hotel staff was great....very professional and courteous. Hotel is starting to show its age, but the staff has done a magnificent job keeping everything like new. I certainly would stay here again. Plenty of showing nearby, just don't drive during rush hours.

It was not bad, but it wasn’t great either. I just had a few issues- I could not figure out how to get the heat to come on in the room. I pressed every button on the thermostat and all it did was make the unit run all night blowing cool air, when I bumped the thermostat up. The only choices it had were Off, Low Fan, & High Fan. I could not choose Cool or Heat. I did not sleep cold, but I wasn’t comfortably warm either. I had the eggs & sausage for breakfast, & they weren’t very good. The cinnamon roll was okay. The coffee brand I made in my room was horrible. Yuck! Other than that, the staff were nice & friendly. The place was clean, & it is located in a convenient location.

Second time staying and we had a great visit
Comfortable beds, clean, no street noise
Staff was friendly
Lots of great restaurants nearby
The only complaint is the elevator makes a grinding noise that you can hear in the rooms at first it sounded like someone moving furniture

The property has issues my room did not have hit I went down and actually staff to change my room they refuse to do so they call the manager who's at home and her nice warm home and I still did not get to change rooms with heat. I ended up having to call a man to come and help rectify the situation which he did when he went down and inquired about the room immediately the staff change our room out poor poor service never again when I use this establishment

We were stopping there for a good night sleep. On our trip down to Florida. The rooms were immaculate. The staff was incredible and they had the sweetest touches i.e. They had hot chocolate with marshmallows and peppermint sticks. They are doing an outstanding job.

People in the room across were pretty noisy but the room was very clean and everything worked as it should. The selection of restaurants around the hotel was as a plus also
