Holiday Inn Express & Suites GREAT FALLS, an IHG Hotel

Staff was excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful. Pool and water slide were fun for the kids. However there was no fridge or microwave in our room. The room was next to the mechanical room and is was VERY loud all night long. The breakfast left something to be desired.

We booked a 2x queen bed for our stay, but the hotel informed us that Hotels.com had overbooked and only an Accessible single king was left. This made it uncomfortable with two adults and 2 kids all in the same bed. Also, only had 3 towels, and the bathroom shower curtain was way to short, which got the floor soaking wet.

The stay was fine. Definitely wish I would have paid attention when I booked though. There isn't a microwave or fridge in the standard rooms. Weird I thought bc it's pretty common anywhere I've ever stayed. Also I booked this hotel specifically bc it had a water slide. Which is only open on the weekends and there is a height limit. Overall it was a good stay though.

Booked for a night, too many kids, the pool was unusable with 20 kids and only a set of parents watching. By no means the hotels fault. But felt there should be a time cut off for no kids. Say 9:30 pm. We didn't go down til 9:45 pm. Bed was like sleeping on a rock also

There is quite a bit of wear and tear in the room. I went to check in at 3pm and they told me to come back in 10-15mins. I come back and they told me the pool was closed due to someone pooping in the pool. There went my plans for my two kids. Then I go up to my room and the door was still open.

I understand the property was under crunch with so many people but i had to go and wipe down my furniture and things in my room to feel okay with having my kids eat on the tables.

Rooms need to be renovated and pool is in rough condition

The pool was nasty and COLD!! The staff was scary looking and lifeguard was off putting with visible facial tattoos and seemed very unapproachable. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all....

We were in town for a show at the theater and chose this hotel because the pictures looked so good. Our room was dirty, the beds were awful like sleeping on the floor, and there was mold in the shower. I have never asked for a refund but this is one please I would be happy to receive one from. My body hurts for this stay.

False Advertising…. we booked this hotel because they advertise a “Waterslide”…. what they fail to mention is that the waterslide is only open from 8 am to noon. Complete RIP OFF!!

Our original room was filthy. Floors weren’t mopped or vacuumed. Wall behind garbage can had food/drink residue. Requested new room. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Pullout bed had crumbs. Pullout bedding had to be requested and didn’t include a pillow.

This was a perfectly serviceable hotel for a road trip.

The hotel was overbooked and unable to get us a room. After two hours of waiting with my family we left. Room paid for but that didn’t reserve our room? Apparently there’s a new GM but he was two hours late for his shift so the front desk lady had to help all the families walking in with the same situation. Room paid but no room. Front desk lady was kind and I felt terrible for her. GM do better.
