Definitely not a holiday inn and suites breakfast was 3 items even though advertised holiday inn breakfast pictures it was a complete joke

It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. I don’t even think this was a Holiday Inn, as the Logo was taken off the front of the building. There were ants in the bathroom. The bathroom door was made of plywood and it wouldn’t shut all the way and I had my two grown teenage boys with me. The pool that they advertised was not in working order. There was barely any breakfast food available. There were only a handful of people in the dining room and it was only 730 in the morning and the pans were empty in several of the breakfast foods. The place is old, dirty, and just run down. I can’t believe that I paid close to 400.00 for this room. I would like someone to call me regarding my stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I don’t totally feel ripped off. Usually Holiday Inns are clean and new. This was an absolute disappointment in every sense of the word.

It isnt a Holiday Inn Express. The toliet was disgusting, food on the floor, water stains on bathroom ceiling, carpet dirty, phone didnt work. The so called shampoo/conditioner was dollar store. The bed itself was poor quality and the pillow presentation was very poor. Definitely not what one would expect from IHG Holiday Inn. Will not go through Expedia again. Very miss leading. The sign was taken down and there was a sign that said Kalamazoo Inn and Suites. Pool was closed for repairs. Seeking restitution. Carol and Randy Weiland

I booked my stay at hotels.com for 2 rooms iternary confirmed. . When I arrived at the hotel, they only had me booked for one room. Although it was supposed to be adjoining rooms, paying for 2 rooms at $408. Then they told me the pool was closed, which was the main reason I booked at the place to begin with. Customer service was terrible, kept referring me to hotels. Dot com and nothing they could do for me.When I arrived at the place seemed vacant and very suspicious. Then charged me for a stay i couldnt do and had to rush to find another hotel to accomodate me quickly. Found a cheper hotel half price was decent and accommodated me quickly. Worst experience i have ever had. I am now fighting to get my money back through hotel.com for thier mistake not booking 2 rooms or the hotel that claims they didnt have 2 rooms either way Stay away from this hotel.

We booked this location because it was advertised as having a pool. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed permanently six to eight weeks prior to our arrival. Their listings and website need to be updated to reflect this.

We show up expecting a pool and were told its shut down permanently. Room had a no smoking sign on it and it clearly STUNK like smoke. Hot breakfast was powdered eggs and brown and serve sausage. Overall rundown.

This hotel was very run down. Pee and pubic hair on my toilet upon check in. NO TOWELS. They gave us pool towels to compensate. Chipped paint all over our room. A stain of what I have to assume was blood? On the floor. My son tripped on their entry way and all that was said back was “it passes code” Usually holiday inn’s do us well. This needs upgraded or shut down

i chose this hotel bc i wanted to swim but the pool is out of order. i was woken up so many times that i got no sleep. extremely disappointed and will never stay here again. Homeless people living around the property vandalizing vehicles.....do better or close your old hotel or move to a safer location.

I originally didn’t intend to book a room at this hotel, but because of getting a horrible room at a different hotel this was a last minute decision. Walking in, I was immediately greeted by a young woman with a wide face. It was then that I knew this place would be a whole lot safer than the last. Then as I opened the door to my room, I was faced with shock. It certainly wasn’t what I was expecting but better! The room was huge, I quite literally felt like Kevin from the Home Alone movies when he got a room. It was very neat and tidy, smelled amazing, and was extremely comforting. Definitely recommend booking a room at this hotel. Not to mention the pricing isn’t too terrible, my room was $160 (definitely on the cheaper side in my opinion)

Very clean, beds are comfy, rooms are spacious and love the layout, pool and hot tub are really nice and the employees are really nice as well!

Pool was down for maintenance ended up just leaving and getting another room somewhere else

Needs to be cleaned up. Homeless people at hotel smoking pot at front door. No swimming pool open. Was not on website. Did mot feel safe. I would not recommend this hotel

As a coffee drinker it was annoying that the only coffee in the room was decaf and the carafe in the lobby was empty. The breakfast had several stations that were empty. Front desk was not quite professional. I've been in worst but this Holiday Inn Express wasn't great.

Our room was not very clean. We found gummies under the bed and candy by the door. The tub also had dirt ring in it. This hotel just need some updates and remodel

The guy at the front desk on the evening of Thursday October 3rd was so helpful and never seemed irritated at our 1000 requests. Thank you!

close to the event we went to. had to ask a couple of times to fix the tv and to receive clean towels.

Needs to be updated
