Loved the location, unfortunately there were ants crawling all over the table/counter. Had to purchase ant spray to remedy the situation.

Friendly staff. Easy to get to. Convenient parking. Outlets and lighting around the bed was a little confusing. Figured it out in morning when I was leaving.

Good location and just what we expected.

The front desk person (i forgot her name) was very helpful and courteous. She worked extra hard to make sure we were taken care of. The other staff workers were also very helpful and made us feel welcome.

We made the choice to stay here because the location was perfect for visiting the bourbon distilleries and tasting rooms on Main Street as well as the Louisville Slugger Museum/Factory. We were so pleased with this hotel. It was clean, attractive, and supplied with all we needed, including parking.The young man (wish I had his name) who was working the front desk the late afternoon on Wednesday, May 28th was fantastic. Warm, knowledgable, welcoming. He made us feel at home. We will stay here again.

The hotel was nice and front desk staff welcoming and helpful. I was not impressed with the area around the hotel. It seemed like the streets were empty except for homeless people.

Great experience, and will definitely be back here when I’m in Louisville again. Much better than the Galt House and more affordable. Great coffee and breakfast, very clean rooms.

Super nice hotel. Everything appeared modern and clean. Beds were comfy. Housekeeping came everyday. It was quiet. Hot breakfast was great. I would stay here again if I ever return to Louisville. Thank you.

Clean room and building. Security guard during evening hours. Parking is in the ramp next door but it's only a few steps from the front door of the hotel.

We came for a conference and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. Parking took a moment to figure out and was a bit pricey, but I'm not sure how it compared to other places. All in all, it was a great experience. We would stay there again.

Came to see a show at The Performing Arts Center. Hotel was within walking distance of show and great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. Staff was wonderful!! Very helpful, accommodating and kind.
