The only issue I had was with the TV going out because of the weather. I would think you would have something other than Direct or Dish Satellite.

I didn’t realize until I was in their parking lot that I had booked the wrong night. Customer service told me to cancel and rebook. I tried to do this and was not able to so I had to go somewhere else. I was still charged for this room even though customer service told me they would work with the hotel to get me a refund.

Room was clean and nice, but the shower had no shower curtain and soap dispenser in the shower was broken and non-operable. These are things that have clearly been overlooked and not taken care of.

Stayed for one night. Clean and looked to be safe. Would stay again.

It was a great hotel for a good deal! Extremely clean with no musty smell, great staff and good location. Will definitely recommend!

Terrible I will never book again at this hotel room was literally dirty beds undone and towels on the floor in the restroom, 2nd room was still dirty liquid red stain in the fridge 1 bed had hairs, sofa bed was terrible old and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Manager I guess email me with an apology after my review I asked for a refund or discount just anything and never heard from her again. I honestly do not recommend!

Down graded room because they did not have king room as reserved. Refused to adjust rate. Told manager could in am then manager Ivy said since pre paid could not change agreement yet did not provide agreent. Plugs not working Cold water. Air conditioning not working. Window covering in poor condition. Rude staff had to go find them. Runing vacuum in dining area while people eating.

The TV in the room didn't work. The staff seemed to not care. No compensation offered, no we're sorry. Nothing! Very disappointing.

We had to ask to receive clean towels and coffee for in the morning and beds were too soft

This hotel is perfect for travelers who are just in transit and driving their own vehicle. My wife and I stayed there for 5 nights but it is impossible to go for a walk and find a shopping center around there. We were lucky because we have a relative who made our life easier while we were i vacation. But I recommend it because it is very clean; all the staff members are very polite and the area is very safe!!

We stayed here over the weekend and the staff was amazing! The pool, gym, and laundry room were all available for use. The breakfast was good-my 6 year old loved the pancake machine! Grace, the manager, was most hospitable and gave us the name of a great seafood location for dinner. We will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area!

Convenient location, accomodations were standard and fine. Breakfast was hot, and there was room for our family. Fine for our 1 night stay!
