Holiday Inn Express & Suites OCALA, an IHG Hotel

Very clean, easy check-in, I’ll be staying here the next time I’m in Ocala.

The bed and the shower were amazing!

Despite two days notice and following the properties request that I contact Orbitz the hotel manager refused to issue a refund for an early check out.

The manager was very approachable and friendly, staff in the breakfast area very nice.

We were totally pleased and even surprised by this room. The hotel is relatively new, and the room was very clean, very modern-looking, and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and helpful, from the manager to the breakfast staff. We will be back!

I haven't stayed in a holiday inn in along time I usually go with Hilton, however this hotel far exceed my expectations. Great service the staff was very helpful and very clean. They take very good care at this property. I felt very safe. The breakfast was good as well.

Had a one night stay while heading out to Miami. Good hotel overall for families to stay!!!

Great property - close to good restaurants, good parking, quiet safe spot. Not overrun by construction workers. Clean and modern.

This Holiday Inn is far superior to the one next store. The employees and manager seem to actually care about the level of service that they provide.

No places to eat within walking distance. After being in the car for hours traveling we did not want to have to drive somewhere to eat. Options are close but you have to drive across the interstate. Good price for hotel and excellent breakfast included so it’s a trade off.

Customer service was excellent

Friendly welcome, check in was quick. Room was clean. Good breakfast: toast, bagels, eggs, muffins, donuts, sausages, pancakes, coffee, oj,cereal, milk,yogurts . Breakfast area was clean. Close to shops and main highways.

Very nice stay. Everything was clean. Breakfast has a nice variety of foods. Convenient location right off the main route 200. I like the configuration of the room with the small refrigerator and microwave nestled by the entrance nook. The 2 towel racks in the bathroom made it easier to hang up our towels to reuse. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The Manager, Manish, was really an awesome person. He took the time to talk to us and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Looking forward to staying there again soon. Very very nice place.

Breakfast was mediocre

Beds are very uncomfortable and the noise from the highway keeps you from being able to get rest. Not staying here again
