We originally booked another hotel but left because it was disgusting. The lady at the front desk was so kind. The breakfast was great for being a continental breakfast and the rooms were clean.

Very clean and front desk staff was very nice. Saw my son was in crutches and offered to get him a closer room to elevator so he didn’t have to go so far down the hallway.

The underside of the toilet had not been cleaned, the shower was very slippery- thank god for handicapped rails which I didn’t ask for. Upon checking in there was no one at the front desk for a while after I rang the bell. I would not stay there again!

The water in our shower rarely was hot. Really disappointed that Expedia will not refund if a day of cancellation has to occur.

It was a very nice stay except the hot tub was cold.
We had a problem with bathroom faucet but it was fixed in a timely manner. Breakfast was delicious. Eggs, sausage links / turkey sausage , biscuits and gravy , pancakes and then the typical breakfast foods .
