Holiday Inn Express & Suites SAINT AUGUSTINE NORTH, an IHG Hotel

Amazing and very clean hotel!

I loved it, clean, Spacious room, large bathroom, excellent toiletries

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, and great location.

Bugs were bad they moved us to another room which was much better.

Always a good high standard at H.I. Express. Comfortable stay.

Overall the hotel was is clwan and comfortable. The beds un the room were comfortable and clean. The only bad thing was the mattress in the sofabed it was horrible. It was basically springs covered with cloth. No cushion at all. The breakfast was good, with good variety.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, and the pool was so much fun! Unfortunately, sugar ants invaded our room after the cut the trees. Also, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work.

Wonderful breakfast and super clean property

The hotel was clean and what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The bed was comfortable. Our TV didn’t work exactly right. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Good quality service

It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Just wish breakfast lasted until 930am instead of ending at 9am. Woke up just in time to grab those wonderful cinnamon rolls 😋

Great hotel - clean- friendly staff

Nice and clean. A little noisy from the traffic.

After driving for 5 hours with 4 kids, and being 7 1/2 months pregnant, Nick at the front desk checked us in around 10pm and was friendly and quick! He even gave me a little bag of waters and cookies for my kids! The next morning he even assisted with my youngest (5yrs) who refused to carry his on bag to the car, and spoke to him “man to man!” And encouraged him to carry it like a big boy so I didn’t lose my mind! Would 100% stay again! Breakfast was convenient and delicious, so thank you for that! Will definitely be back!
