Holiday Inn Express & Suites TAMPA-I-75 @ BRUCE B. DOWNS, an IHG Hotel

Good hotel, clean room, good breakfast, excellent staff at reception and the general manager was present every morning at breakfast talking to guests. Only little complaint I had was there was a smell when entering the room, it would go away once the A/C fan was on. Would come back if we are in the area

We enjoyed our stay at this location, the room was clean, the service was good, the breakfast options were plenty with both hot and cold food!

The staff went above and beyond to help me solve an issue that I created, and treated me extremely kindly.

From the moment you walk in you are treated with respect and kindness. We felt so welcomed. Check in process was easy and quick. Rooms where very clean. Safe location and easy to get to dining options. The breakfast was fabulous!

The staff was friendly, and the two-bedroom suite was exceptionally clean. Contrary to previous reviews, there were absolutely no roaches. It was a perfect stay.

I highly recommend this location; it's a quiet place to work and relax and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Pleasant front desk. Clean.

The Suite has two separate bedrooms.

The bathroom had hair all over it. My husband called front desk and asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom again. We decided to leave the hotel and to a little sightseeing. 2 hours later the white hair that was on the toilet was now the sink. I want to the front desk (myself) told them about the bathroom again and the white hair. We left again so we can get something to dinner and stop at Walmart for some cleaning supplies. When we arrived back to the room the bathroom STILL had hair and a cute bath towel on the tub. 😒 (I cleaned the bathroom myself) I was not about to call or go back to the front desk again for a we are sorry and we will get someone to you room. They had three different times to get it right. Before we checked in, when my husband called and when I want to the front desks.

Great, convenient stay visiting our daughter at USF- just 5 min north on 75.
