I wish I could remember her name but the agent working the desk on Friday evening was awesome. She was pleasant, attentive and very accommodating. We traveled to Nacogdoches to visit family and exchange gifts. Staff enabled us to utilize the dining area for our family get together. Thank you!!!!

Everything was great until I went to take my shower Sunday morning before I left and discovered the shower didn’t have any cold water. The water was between very hot and boiling hot, so I decided to wait until I got home and take my shower. I did report the problem to the front desk. She said she would have maintenance repair it.

I've been in a lot of hotels in small town America, and this one ranks as one of the worst. The hallways felt like poorly placed plywood with carpet loosely on top - I was convinced I was going to fall through the floor as I walked to my room. The curtains in the room did not connect in the middle, so I had to use a pants hanger to get the room darkened. The furnishings were past their prime, including rust stains on the lamps and torn lampshades. The toilet ran all night. The shower was tepid at best and pooled both in the tub and into the bathroom. The walls were paper thin so that I could hear my neighbor snoring.
