Room had roaches

Great location, hotel a little dated and a decent breakfastdecent nibreakfast

This is truly an express hotel. No need for a deposit on your credit card as they don’t sell any soft drinks, snacks or common meds. I didn’t know how much I needed that soda when it wasn’t available. 😉

Outstanding staff

We were only there a few hours but when we got out the car in the parking lot my son stepped in an ant bed so he got bit by a few and then ants got on his blanket so we had to kill ants for about an hour once we got in the room at 3am. Then about 4 am Deputy Sheriffs were banging and banging on the room door across from us. Then got into a very loud argument with the person in that room. This lasted for a long time. Finally, got to sleep about 6-7 am then had to get up few hours later for breakfast and check out then a very long drive with very little sleep.

Affordable and clean

Nice but older hotel very close to interstate 10. Perfect for travel. The hotel is a little dated and some areas in our room could’ve used a deep cleaning. Staff was wonderful, very friendly!

Check in was easy. Staff was very helpful. The property was clean. Would stay there again

Checked in was at 3:00 we had a wedding party checking in had to wait at least an hour to get rooms without any explanation we had to wait in lobby now the rooms were alright the bed was great but a sour experience up front will go across road to Drudy Inn next time breakfast was great

Lamp shades broken and covered in dust and some black mold, outlet plus on all lamps covered in rust. Furniture surfaces were sticky.

Great customer service

The staff was amazing. The front desk ladies were friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The breakfast was excellent, as well. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Old and worn down. A/C made a squeaking sound each time it turned off like a door closing. Bathroom was pretty rough. Bed covering was stained.

Rooms were very old and did not smell good

Pit stop on a long ass road trip - we arrived very late at night, left very early. Staff at night was corteous and helpful, clean comfortable room, hot breakfast and hot showers. All we needed.

We've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express locations throughout the years and this one is not up to the standards we have come to expect. First, there was trash in various areas in the room that was obviously just overlooked as well as toothpaste on the mirror and hair in the shower. Second, he beds were horrible in terms of comfort. Third, the AC needs servicing, it was very loud and inefficient. Then, upon waking up early to leave for the day, the elevator was turned off. After bringing luggage down the stairs multiple times. I checked to see if there was someone at the front desk for an explanation and no one was there. In addition to that, there was no signage explaining why the elevator was not in service. While we are not disabled, someone who absolutely needs that service might at least want an explanation. All in all, going to think twice about booking at this brand again.

The room and linens did not have a fresh smell. Otherwise clean and comfortable room.
